“I went in there to replace a phone that quit working Sunday December 12th and the gentleman working I believe his name was Antoine was super he plugged my phone in to see if it would come back so he can save my contacts while we set up the new phone and it came back to life and he took the time to transfer it over awesome service he also took the time to show me how this phone works from what I was used to. that man need a raise?”

“I came to the store off Anthony Wayne trail and Western to get help with the cell phone and the guy the that work there his name is Max he had the best customer service that I’ve encountered in a very long time I’m very happy with what he did for me. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He also got me two phones for a cheaper price than I was paying for one phone!! I would highly recommend anybody to stop in and talk to him he’ll take care of you.”

“Highly recommended lowest prices fixed my s22 ultra digitizer and screen the lowest I could find the part for was 275 and that's used without fully knowing if it was authentic so I called around and ended up going with phone busters he fixed my phone with a brand new oem screen for 315 after taxes so just know with them u will get the lowest prices and new quality parts look no further”

“I called in && spoke to James about adding a new line to my service plan earlier this morning. He was very helpful && welcome me to come in to check out some deals to get my child a new device ? In store (corner of Woodville && Navarre) Ramone was the attendant helping me add the line. I told them my budget && what I needed; EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED WITH THE EXACT AMOUNT I HAD ?????? PHENOMENAL SERVICES DONE BY JAMES && RAMONE; I WAS IN && OUT WITHIN 20mins!!!!! These two customer service representatives are a blessing in this world today??”

“I come to this 7/11 location everyday. Some days multiple times a day. Some places and people have their good and bad days. All in all though absolutely love the employees here. They are super friendly, professional and, keep the place clean and stocked. Only one employee NEVER looks happy to be there and just seems to be in a bad mood all the time. Other than that employee everyone else greets you the moment you walk in with a welcoming smile. Most definitely my favorite and best 7/11 store in Toledo.”

“Currently a Verizon prepaid customer. I'm prepaid by choice, I like to buy my phones cash and use the prepaid because its cheaper than contracts that include phones. The service is very good much better than AT&T that I had in the past. The employees are friendly and this location is clean and well maintained. I do not like their app because it seems like regardless if I'm on cellular service or wifi it never works right which as a prepaid customer is how I control my account.”

Something the counters can be sticky and the store a little messy but they do get busy and when their not busy they are stocking and cleaning .. I recommend this 7-11 over the one on Woodville road any day ..”

“I go to this convenience store multiple times a day. They offer my favorite snack and my favorite soda and the prices are so low they are the cheapest option I've personally ever encountered which makes them such a great option in my opinion as other places I feel are charging way too much for foundation drink and munchie options. My favorite part about this store is that they will make your frozen pizza for you in the store and the oven cooks it in 2 minutes so it's so convenient. I get a pizza every single day because it's so easy. The employees are all very awesome people as well and I have come to be fond of every one of them since moving to my new home and going here since it's right next to my residence. The only issues I have had have been when they're out of pizza because sometimes it will take up to 3 days for them to get the order delivered with more but I am just being nit picky there. I also don't like that there donuts get delivered in the evening so they don't have very many in the morning left and the options aren't the best and it's just silly to me that they serve them kinda backwards. My complaints are very silly though I understand so I will end with saying that this is a great place to go to have short interactions with other people from the community and also to get drinks and food when you want a quick, easy, and convenient option. I highly recommend that if you're around the area that you stop by and get something to support everyone that has a part of operating this location because they do an amazing job and the owners and all the employees deserve to have your business.
