The guy that helped me was really helpful, took his time to find out why my phone didn't have any space eternally... So he did what he could and moved some stuff around to my ad card and it gave me a little space but at the end of the day, I just need a new phone.. lol, but he was nice and pleasant and very patient

The Cricket store in Manhattan Plaza has good customer service and the staff will take the time to help you with a problem should one a rise.
