I purchased a pair of Red Wing boots a couple of months ago and on the third time wearing them one of the hooks for the laces came right out. Very disappointing for Red Wing, I expected better from this brand, however I took them to Mt. Hope and they quickly and graciously repaired them free of charge. Great people, great service.
