“These guys are on the ball .. it's all business and you get that good, almost forgotten feeling now that your car is in good hands.. and the service warranty can't be beat .. that they have that much confidence in their work that they can offer this warranty says a lot.. That's what sold me!”

“First time using Shrader and I WILL be coming back! Honest, great communication, and fair pricing. These guys have all the traits that most shops nowadays are lacking. I brought my Class C RV in for an alignment with some specific specs I wanted and they did their best to be right on the mark, then even called to have me take a look and test drive it to make sure I was happy with it! This level of customer service is a great feeling, especially on a vehicle I plan to take my family across the country with. Thanks again Shrader for keeping the values most shops don't offer these days.”

“Booked an oil change the day before and they accepted me readily the morning of. I'm used to oil changes taking an hour or so but they got the car turned over fast. Very nice folks!! They got me covered and notified me that while my rear brake rotors have some heat damage, they weren't at that point of replacement yet. They respected me when I said Ill continue to monitor the situation and replace accordingly. No upselling or anything.”

“An honest, professional shop. Trust them if they tell you your vehicle needs work because if you ask for something you don't need, they will tell you that too. Scratch Max's belly while you're there.”

“Best customer service I’ve experienced in a body shop. Nowadays, cars being rolling computers, Browns Transmission’s knowledge and state of the art diagnostics are ahead of the curve. What sets them apart is their trustworthiness. Until now, 30 years of auto service experience, has been next to impossible to find. I’m confident giving my highest of recommendations , you will not be disappointed!”
