I have stepped back and let the good shops help me with that now and this is a decent place for many repairs.I am sure not everyone will be happy but I am most of the people I meet there waiting for the work seem happy with the service ( not a bill or cost ) but owning a car will cost u.”

“I had a very positive experience at Preston Mazda. Both our salesman, Tyler, and his manager, Mike, were very attentive to our needs in our search of a used car. Tyler had us test drive two CX 5's and explained the differences between the 2 vehicles even after I explained I wasn't buying that day. Later they were also willing to have my mechanic inspect the car before the purchase, when another dealership didn't really want me to take their car to have it checked. I would very much recommend Preston Mazda for you used car purchase.”

The young man I dealt with Peter Glowe advisor was very specific in everything they would do to rectify the problem and the estimate he gave me was the price charged and was very kind and compassionate in dealing with a brain injured veteran and answered all my questions and concerns, and the problem was resolved. I would give them five out of five stars and and now have a new place of service to take my vehicles for all their service needs!”

“These guys were absolute heroes for me man. I was on a road trip to Milwaukee WI and along the way I got a check engine light which required some pretty big repairs. They not only accepted me as a walk in but also went the extra mile to bust their asses and get my car back on the road the same day. The parts weren't easy to find and it was a time crunch so they very easily could have just told me that I was going to have to find a hotel and leave my car there for the night. Yet, they went the extra mile to fit me in and take care of my car and have me safely back on the road the same day. The team busted their asses and did so with a smile on their face.
