“This shop is awesome! My husband and I have used the Whitehouse location multiple times since 2020 for our automotive repair needs. Today they went above and beyond for me. My tire sensor went off while entering my neighborhood. When I got home and looked I could hear the air coming out of it. I immediately drove down there and told them what was going on. Their techs were at lunch but he said to leave it and they would take care of it for me. They even gave me a ride home with their complementary shuttle. Within 3 hours my tire was fixed and the shuttle came back to pick me up so I could get my car! To top it off the patch was free since I purchased the tires from them. Their communication and service have always been top notch. I appreciate such amazing customer service!”

“I got my half of my exhaust done in around July and it was great. I came back months later to get the rest of my exhaust system done. My exhaust flange was broken as well, they gave me a quote and I said no thank you but still got the custom exhaust done. Came back hours later to find out they fixed my exhaust flange and did my exhaust for 50 dollars cheaper then what they quoted me for. Great staff and the owner is an amazing guy. highly recommend.”

To make a long story short, all 4 drive tires were shot and they needed to order 3 more. They were able to get 3 more and install them within 1.5 hours. Huge thanks to the tiremaxx team!”

“I had a good experience today - been having a lot of issues with my tires on a 2024 vehicle, not knowing if it was a suspension issue because the vehicle was riding jarring/violently. A few mechanics from other branded car shops have been dismissing like “it’s drives fine to me”. I called Chad (from referral) today and he got me in same day - come to find out, 3 of the 4 tires purchased out of town from a Ziegler Tire in NE Ohio were out of spec registering 30+ on the road force balance tester. These tires are a month old and this was Ziegler’s second time trying to get it right. Somehow, Belle team was able to get them down to around 6 on the road force balance and the ride does appear to be handling significantly better than it was before.
I’m very analytical and detail oriented - more than most. I noticed all of the staff at this location were speaking to ALL of the customers with respect and professionalism which is difficult to come by in this region. I appreciate the service I received today from that team and Chad was beyond professional and competent - he knows his shit! I don’t do many reviews but I went out of my way to write this one as this seems like a very solid shop. Thanks again.”

“This review is long overdue. I dropped off my car to have the brakes checked at a different local repair shop. Long story long, I wasn't available when they called and my husband approved a new brake booster forgetting that we had just had it replaced at AAA six months ago. I got off work and found out that we had spent the money to replace a part that was under warranty. I'll let the other place know that I was upset and why. So they worked very hard to get together with AAA and got the supplier to approve the part AND labor and they refunded my money. It couldn't have been better timed for us financially to have this grace. It wasn't a mistake on their part, it was a mistake on ours, but they worked really hard to help us out. Above and beyond. 5 stars!!
As an aside, we've been bringing our vehicles here for a decade.And I trust everybody that works at triple a. We've had some hardships, and we've had to shop around for best prices, but not because of customer service. Every single person that works at triple, a seems to remember us and our cars.Every time we come, I feel like they protect our interests and they are honest. I just love these guys!”
