“Good, honest auto maintenance company. Mike and his crew have been maintaining my 2015 Lexis IS250 for 5 years and have kept it running well. He doesn't recommend maintenance and repairs that aren't need but tells me what I do need to have done. When I give the ok, he does quality work and charges me a fair price. I've never had a problem with his services or fees.”

“After looking long and hard for a vehicle for over a month and a half I finally found one and purchased it from Nate at Thayer Ford. From the start to finish he made the whole process seamless and super easy. I saw the truck listing on Facebook marketplace around 8:30pm central time and messaged Nate. He immediately responded and he is in eastern time so it was 9:30pm. I was shocked. I am in bowling green KY so driving just to look at the truck was out of the question so I requested more pictures and a walk around video of the truck and Nate told me he would get them for me as soon as he got back to the dealership the following day. Sure enough at 7:30am the next day he send me a detailed video and multiple extra pictures. Once I decided I liked the vehicle we proceeded to work on a deal. Nate and I quickly agreed to terms on a very fair price and with a small deposit he agreed to hole the truck for me for 3 days until I could make the 12 hour round trip to get the truck. Fast forward 3 days when I arrived I found that the truck was exactly as listed and in near perfect condition especially for a 3 year old vehicle. Nate already had all the paperwork ready to complete the purchase when I arrived and I was in and out in less than an hour including the time it took for a test drive. He even had the truck detailed and filled up the tank for me. All in all it was a 10 out of 10 experience and I highly recommend Nate and Thayer ford for your vehicle needs.”

“Outstanding customer service! Highly recommend making an appointment just to ensure that your wait time is less in case they are busy. Thankfully I did because when I went to the store there were probably 30 people in there and people just kept coming in one after another , after another. The front manager had made a comment to somebody on the phone that he had three people call off today. They were on a four hour wait But every time he talk to a customer, he said we will get you taken care of today If you need it, it’s just gonna take us a little bit longer, but we will not go home until it’s done. I was there for an hour and a half and every single employee, no matter how stressed or slammed they were, or how late they were gonna have to stay, they were the kindest to every single customer. They made what could’ve been a super stressful environment very pleasant and calm. And their turnaround time was amazing. They were getting customers in and out as fast as they could.”
“I took my car in to have my tire checked because it was losing air. A couple of hours later they called me and said your car is ready I was like??? I had a screw in my tire and they just fixed it. I thought that was so wonderful. Have I ever need any of their offered services I am definitely using them before anyone. A small gesture goes a long way when showing the type of company you are. “Drove into Fallen Timbers to set up for RV show and picked up a screw in the parking lot. It was hissing and losing air, drove to Anthony Wayne Tire & Auto Repair. Walked in and was met by the Manager and explained the situation, his shop was full but took the time to jack it up in the parking lot removed and plugged the tire and had me back on the road in 15 Minutes! Would highly recommend this business to anyone. A true example of what customer service looks like!”
