“I have used 5/3 for my primary bank the entire 12 years I have lived in Ohio. The name was so off the wall I figured they had to be good. They have been great. My accounts are in the Lebanon branch but I normally use the Monroe branch 45050. I give them 5 stars because they deserve it. I am not a person who needs or desires a lot of sucking up, just a quick and efficient transaction and they always do a great job of taking care of business. Always polite and efficient.”

“I usually come to this branch because everyone is friendly, they have good customer service skills. Unfortunately I cannot get good service at US Bank on Roosevelt, drive by that one all the time.
