“This is a fabulous young entrepreneur!!! Did everything in every way to assist me. Took me home after I dropped my car off, then returned my car to my house when it was done. And the actual job done??? A++++ My car was so filthy due to my 100 lb HAIRY dog, needed to be clay barred due to Florida bugs and even had a tiny ding with no paint left on it. Alllll fixed. Looks like I just bought it. Compliments due WITHOUT RESERVE. I will definitely be going back whenever needed and will tell allll my friends. Ty, ty, ty!!!”

“Excellent car wash. I used one of the self service bays and it had enough space to fit and wash my Ram 2500 with the 8 foot bed. The water pressure was great and the machine did every function that I selected. Note: The change machine does not accept $20 bills so bring 5s and 1s.”

“Was the first time visiting this location (Springboro) on Tuesday 3/3/2026. I've gone to the Kettering location multiple times in the past when living in Dayton. It was a great experience!! Got all the salt and dirt residue off of my car. The dryers were okay, but maybe it was me not pulling up fast enough going through it. Card machine was fine, had no issues using my debit card there. Dried my car with a microfiber towel and all is well! I'm completely satisfied and will return again. I live in Waynesville, so this location is closer than Kettering.”
“A good place to get an automated car wash. They seem to be around par with the other automated car washes with the big exception of included vacuum services and cloths with sprays to clean the interior.
If all your looking for is an exterior wash, they do a good job. There are lots of options with the top of the line service providing waxes and wheel shine. It's a quick in and out wash. They don't pre wash or spray the exterior like Mike's car wash.
If you want to vacuum and wipe down the interior, the added benefits of the vacuum services and cloths are well worth the cost of the wash.”

No car wash is perfect but you will not find a cheaper subscription that does the job this location has always done, and you will not find better customer service anywhere! Will always recommend this car wash to anyone that needs a quick wash or a monthly plan!”

“Please teach your workers the difference between wheels and wheel wells. Every single time that I come through, you have to wash my truck twice. Spray up in the wells to get the mud off. Thank you. I have updated my stars. Mike's has made things right. I've never had issues before. Love this place. It's the only place that can was big truck 4x4!!”

“I visit this facility strictly for the brushless wash. This brushless wash seems to do a good job at actually cleaning the exterior of the car. The wash is quick, appears to be safe (with no damage to the car), but does not do anything to dry the car. And I see no difference between the different levels of the brushless wash, so I recommend opting for the least expensive option. I would also recommend pulling in both of the side view mirrors prior to starting the wash. This brushless car wash rarely seems to be busy, so I'd you're looking for a quick wash with little waiting, I'd have to recommend this place.”

“BRING YOUR OWN QUARTERS! Ripoff machine in the front exchanged 1 dollar bill successfully, then just ate 2. Alternative is paying with card where you must press button to stop charges even if water is turned off. Also, it seems to round up to $3 even if you use less”

“Fair could you a update. Maybe some new paint some new machine. The air freshener machine work once then I went to buy another it took my dollar and change no biggie . But some of the vacuuming machine could use better pressure. But its ok I rate it a 4 out of 5”

“I went to clean my husband's car, he too lazy to do it himself. Anyways, I think it was a great place to do what I needed. The vacuum could have better suction but it still did well. I used the self wash and it was clean easy to use. The only thing with this was the foam from the brush was super thick so instead of a constant soap flow it would push out thick foam once in a while. But not too shabby.”

“I spilled an ice coffee with milk in it under my driver seat where I couldn’t reach to clean it very well. By the next day with the heat I could barely stand to be in the car even with the windows open. A friend recommended I stop by here so I gave it a try. They didn’t try to upsell services, which I appreciated. After one carpet shampoo the car has no trace of milk smell and was spotless inside and out within an hour. Everyone was lovely and super helpful. Will be back for sure!”

“This review is for people who have anxiety about going to new places like I do!! Went there today for the first time 10/10 experience! First you pull in to the entrance and make your selection on which wash you want. Then enter either cash or card, they take both. Then wait for the doors to open if someone is inside. You’ll pull up to the sign inside the garage until it tells you to stop. Stay in your car and put the car in park. When you’re supposed to pull forward the sign will tell you. Also, take your time driving through the dryers because it gives you a 60 second countdown. I suggest bringing a towel to wipe your car down once you’re out if you’re concerned ab leaving water marks.
I used this car wash for the first time after getting my car wrapped. I’d say it’s safe for wrapped cars. It does use pressured water but the pressure is not too high to mess up the wrap. This place is 35 minutes out of my way but I’d come back again!”
