Famous Footwear Outlet is a large, clean, and well-maintained store. The service is generally great with friendly and helpful staff, though sometimes associates can be hard to find. There is an okay selection of different brands, which is convenient for families. Prices are cheaper than some other stores, especially for Nikes, and the points program is appreciated. However, prices are not considered true outlet prices. Some customers note a lack of options for wider feet. Promotions like BOGO sales can sometimes be unclear regarding exclusions, which has caused frustration. Staff are often willing to check other stores for specific shoe requests.
Store seems a bit cluttered borderline junky, however I was able to find the type of boots I was looking for so I am excited about that. The associate was young with a laxy dazy attitude.

The store was clean and organized. Staff was friendly and there was an ok selection. I didn't see many options for wider feet though.
