“This place is just great! They have integrated into our family holiday traditions 100%. Every year we get a Frasier fir, a cup of hot cocoa with allllll the fixins, one new ornament, and a free poinsettia. The Berns personnel are so friendly and helpful. They trim, shape, and wrap trees for easy hauling. The trees last FOREVER! Still green and soft mid January. They are family owned and grow everything locally. Just the best for holiday traditions. The trees are a bit pricey the last two years so I took a star off but we are loyal and see the quality in a good dollar spent. Thank you from our family to yours. Merry Christmas and Yuletide blessings!”

“First time visiting this Garden Center, reminded us of the ones in Ireland, specifically the garden center at Powerscourt. Loved the central area with garden and yard furnishings, also one of the largest number of flowers and plants in the area. The prices were reasonable, and the staff friendly. We purchased two hanging baskets, they are beautiful and should last us through October! Thank you!”

“I had moved out of town this last year and decided to send my mom some flowers for valentines, randomly found your website on google after looking at a few local to west Chester florists, you did a great job with the flowers, delivered them with care. She was very surprised and said the delivery driver was incredibly pleasant. Thanks for bringing a smile to my Ma’s face!”

“Great customer service! I purchased firewood and had it delivered, 3 weeks later I noticed that the wood was infested with boring beetles. CHRIS, the district manager showed great concern and had to wood removed from my home 2 days later. I truly don’t believe that the wood was sold knowing that the beetles were present. I will certainly use Champion in the future for my landscape needs due to the way I was treated and respected. Thanks Chris.”

“Bought a stackable washer/dryer that was on clearance. Our salesman even took an additional 10% off the price. Delivery was a few days later & the entire transaction went seamlessly. I would definitely shop here again.”

“Having recently removed a tree on the decline in front of our house, I visited Pinecrest Nursery this morning to see what they had. Given the time of year, I was happy to see a good variety that was well taken care of. I was looking for a full foliage tree that would mature at around 15-20 feet and maintain it's leaves year around. The staff was very helpful and I was able to narrow the selection down to two varieties quickly. After a little further discussion, a decision was made....an American Holly tree. I highly recommend Pinecrest Nursery.”

“Store is clean, well organized. I was greeted when I came in, as well as several times by various employees. When I couldn't find what I needed, an employee directed me to exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly and professional staff!”

“I went in on this stormy evening looking for hoses to clamp onto my emergency water pump. The right size hose wasn’t there, so Ryan worked really hard to come up with a solution of several different pvc fittings to work with our garden hoses at home. He made an 1.5 inch water pump opening connect with an 5/8 inch garden hose! Everything fits great and we are ready to save our basement if the power goes out! Thank you Ryan!”
