“I discovered that I've been going to the wrong nursery for 20 years! Prior to this year I had never heard of Natorp's. Your selection and the courtesy of your employees was top notch. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable and stayed with me until I had all of my questions answered. And, he made sure I had the right product that I needed. Great green house. It's a sight to behold. Thanks for a great visit. In the future, I'll be going to Natorp's first. BTW, the man who helped me didn't badmouth another nursery when I mentioned their name.”

“I had a very nice woman wait on me when I needed to return a faulty part I had purchased. Jacqueline was very pleasant, understood my concern and was able to get me in and out of line quickly. Being in sales I temd to apprciate outstanding customer service during an era where CS is severely lacking in most organizations and Jacqueline is one of the best - the store is lucky to have her.”

“I like Divers you can still find a few things that you can't find at the big box stores, one of them is service you walk into their store somebody will ask you if you need help, if you have any questions they will try to help you with those. I'm old enough to remember how it was before the big box stores took over everything.”

“Very friendly and helpful folks. If you don't mind paying their prices. All their grassy that I can find was in brown paper bags and we're prepackaged. No Idea of what the breakdown ingredients are that you typically get on a commercially sold bag elsewhere. So you have no idea of what percentage of each grass seed is in the bag.”

“Having recently removed a tree on the decline in front of our house, I visited Pinecrest Nursery this morning to see what they had. Given the time of year, I was happy to see a good variety that was well taken care of. I was looking for a full foliage tree that would mature at around 15-20 feet and maintain it's leaves year around. The staff was very helpful and I was able to narrow the selection down to two varieties quickly. After a little further discussion, a decision was made....an American Holly tree. I highly recommend Pinecrest Nursery.”

“Bought a stackable washer/dryer that was on clearance. Our salesman even took an additional 10% off the price. Delivery was a few days later & the entire transaction went seamlessly. I would definitely shop here again.”

“But this visit I only came to look for a couple of new outfits and shoes for my knees. I will have to say Walmart has definitely stepped it up a lot since I first remember it being younger. They had super cute shoes that were just knock offs for a much cheaper price!! She is four years old going to be running around in dirt ! It doesn't need anything expensive but at least she will look cute doing it.”

“Went in today with my son to purchase some landscaping timbers. We stood there and wasn't greeted by anyone for 15 minutes. Workers walked past us and didn't say a word to us. Finally the cashier while walking back to her register, asked if we needed help and said she'd send someone over. Again, we waited. 4 more workers walked past us, didn't greet us and we would just leaving and coming to Lowes. The customer service was just SOOO bad. Once arriving at Lowes, we went to the garden center and got a few plants, greeted by every employee out there asking if we needed help. When we walked in to walk all the way across the store to the lumber, 6 employees were passed said hello and asked if we needed help. We got to the lumber area and just peeked down an isle where a worker was and as I turned around, he yelled from behind if I needed help finding something. Yes, I told him what I was looking for and he told me exactly where to get it. Long story short, go to Lowes. They're customer service exceeded expectations and Home Depot is just lacking in that department. Terribly. Lowes price was cheaper too AND their lumber wasnt moldy looking and cracked like Home Depot.”

“congratulations to the paint dept. I needed to repaint part of a wall and did not want to paint the whole thing. I found the 20 years old can of paint from Home Depot in the basement and they used the formula to match it perfectly. Moral - never throw anything out.”
