“There are a lot of things that are important when in need of a storage unit. This is my first time ever needing one so I did some shopping around. The first location that I went to was on CinDay Rd in Liberty Township. I went in to ask all my questions in person.Lindsey was at the front desk and her energy was welcoming. She had a genuine smile on her face and did not mind answering all of my questions. She was not annoyed and she didn’t rush me. She gave excellent customer service and gave me her business card incase I had more questions in the future. So over the next month I shopped around via phone to other storage places in Monroe, Fairfield Township and Liberty Township area and I did not have such a pleasant experience. One lady at a storage place answered the phone by saying HELLO. Not the name of the storage place or nothing. I had to ask her was I calling the right business and she said yeah. She had a nasty attitude and didn’t really want to answer my questions, as if I was bothering her. But more like she did not want a new customer. Another place had outrageous deposit fees, $200 to be exact, which is refundable after move out. Not including the one time fees and lock fees and monthly rental. So after shopping around for a month, I decided to take my belongings and business to the Cin Day Public Storage in Liberty Township. I will say their prices had a lot to do with it but more so Lindsey’s excellent customer service. She made me feel that the was the best place to leave my belongings. Just a good feeling to have during a stressful moment. She even called me the day after I moved my things in just to check and make sure I liked the space and that I was getting moved in okay. Who takes their time to do that? This was a long review but I wanted to give my honest review of my feelings. Five star review. The unit was clean. And even though it is a further drive then the other places I called, I’d rather take the drive for good prices and to have my things with someone who isn’t bothered by doing their job. Thank you Lindsey for a good first time storage renting experience!”

“Alecia was wonderful. I missed my reservation appointment a few times but she was nothing but pleasant about it and still got things taken care of. Very friendly!! The property looks amazing that’s why I chose to rent here. Very clean and two loading bays! I’m leaving my current storage company for this facility because it’s upkept way better and climate control here actually is a normal temperature. My current company public self storage has their climate control set to 45 degrees which makes it miserable to unload and do business inside but CubeSmart isn’t that way at all it’s a very normal temperature. Plus they have indoor 10x30 units which is so rare to see! Thank you!!”

“I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who may be looking for one. I had a unit there for about a year and a half and the property is well kept and maintained. No debris lying around during any of my visits and each unit is raised off of the ground (which was a major factor in my decision to choose this facility). The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about any of the questions and concerns I may have had initially and throughout. The price per unit is reasonable and I always felt my belongings were safe and secure.TL; excellent facility and staff!”

“Great experience. We moved a very large home into a small town-home with a lot of steps and tight turns and also to a storage unit. Experience started with the person who walked us through all the things we needed to move and created the quote, he asked great detailed questions with some followups to get us a very accurate price. Their price was more than one service that obviously didn't estimate enough time or materials and it was much less than another one that required a third party to do a few things. The packers that arrived were the same people who were doing the move the next day so they were able to not only pack, but also start staging to be prepared and more efficient the next two days of the move. The move was great. The movers were professional, friendly, but very efficient. Didn't take a lot of breaks and it felt like everyone had a job to do and knew their job to make things move along faster. I felt very bad for some of the heavy items that had to go up multiple flights of stairs, but they moved everything without complaint and not damage to furniture or house. I would highly recommend Planes and will use them again.”

I've yet to see an 'employee' on the property except for about 6-7 weeks ago (give or take) a power outage caused the gate to REMAIN CLOSED with me trapped inside the facility!!!!
