The unit was clean and very secure ? and management also contacted me to let me know that they were there if I needed anything. l love my monthly rate for my unit it was the cheapest I found. “So far, we are quite happy with our experience(We moved from a competitor's location where we experienced true filth including rats, bugs, mice, and all manner of debris outside the unit in the GRAVEL lot. Trust me. A gravel lot is NOT a good idea at a storage unit.)Rock Castle has friendly staff who are ON SITE and available for answering questions. Their pricing is MUCH better.... the lowest in the area.... and they even gave us a discount as senior citizens. I believe they also discount to veterans.The lot is not pristine... a good sweep or blower run around the units would help, but it is such an improvement over our previous situations that I really can't complain.”
