I keep my and my girlfriends motorcycles here and just drive there and park, get the bikes, go ride, come back, and grab the car. Some others won't let you keep motorcycles in storage or let you keep your car there, so it's perfect for what I need it for”

To Mr Mauer you signed a lease on 8/1/2023. After 5 days of your payment it's my job to overlock your unit. Which is what I did my job. You sent your payment by mail. So, you was locked out of your unit for non payment and I went in on my day off and unlocked your unit. Most people would be grateful but instead you left a bad review on Google. Thank you for being a past customer.”
“Clean and well kept. They even do checks on your units to make sure locks are locked. !!! I received a phone call about a day after I visited my unit informing me they had a lock on my unit because I didn’t lock it properly and door still opened. So thankful they check, could have lost everything. Just a phone call to them when I was at unit next time and they were right there to take their lock off.”
“So far, we are quite happy with our experience(We moved from a competitor's location where we experienced true filth including rats, bugs, mice, and all manner of debris outside the unit in the GRAVEL lot. Trust me. A gravel lot is NOT a good idea at a storage unit.)Rock Castle has friendly staff who are ON SITE and available for answering questions. Their pricing is MUCH better.... the lowest in the area.... and they even gave us a discount as senior citizens. I believe they also discount to veterans.The lot is not pristine... a good sweep or blower run around the units would help, but it is such an improvement over our previous situations that I really can't complain.”

ONLY negative was the space unit provided had a pre-existing hole in the ceiling. I IMMEDIATELY informed Faith, where there was a picture taken for record purposes. However, the storage unit was clean and easily accessible.”
