“Ms. Chey was extraordinary. She was very accommodating and informative. The process in this trying time was very quick and we were treated with Care. With this being the 1st time & Without her knowing the situation of us having to get a unit we would of thought she actually known because she was so understanding and sensitive to what we needed and could afford. Kudos to Extra Space Storage. Way BETTER than any other I'm sure 💞(I've had horrid stories of other storage units). Thanks Again Cheyanne and to who ever else spoke with my husband and Cheyanne for taking care of us so graciously. Thank You.”

“We had several different sized units here over the years to accommodate changes in family and business needs. Always clean and convenient. Owner can be reached at any time. He’s very responsive and professional and willing to accommodate! Embarrassed to say I’ve had so many units at different places throughout the country and this place is the best!”

“The onboarding process was quick and easy. Robin and Josh were very friendly and helpful. We have used other storage companies in the past, they were never around, rarely returned calls and overpriced. It's great knowing there is someone there to help us.”

“The price is fair considering what size i have and what others charge the extra security and access makes it worth it. I keep my and my girlfriends motorcycles here and just drive there and park, get the bikes, go ride, come back, and grab the car. Some others won't let you keep motorcycles in storage or let you keep your car there, so it's perfect for what I need it for”

“This will be my fourth or fifth time. Running a storage unit from j and j storage. The people are very friendly. I've not had any problems with anybody breaking into my storage universe. And saying it is gaited locked. It has security cameras and this. It's just a really good place to have a storyteller dot and the prices are very reasonable and you get a very :) when you walk in the office.”

“I am the current manager of Afortress Store and Lock. We have a clean place for you to store your things. To Mr Mauer you signed a lease on 8/1/2023. After 5 days of your payment it's my job to overlock your unit. Which is what I did my job. You sent your payment by mail. So, you was locked out of your unit for non payment and I went in on my day off and unlocked your unit. Most people would be grateful but instead you left a bad review on Google. Thank you for being a past customer.”

“Clean and well kept. They even do checks on your units to make sure locks are locked. !!! I received a phone call about a day after I visited my unit informing me they had a lock on my unit because I didn’t lock it properly and door still opened. So thankful they check, could have lost everything. Just a phone call to them when I was at unit next time and they were right there to take their lock off.”

“So far, we are quite happy with our experience(We moved from a competitor's location where we experienced true filth including rats, bugs, mice, and all manner of debris outside the unit in the GRAVEL lot. Trust me. A gravel lot is NOT a good idea at a storage unit.)Rock Castle has friendly staff who are ON SITE and available for answering questions. Their pricing is MUCH better.... the lowest in the area.... and they even gave us a discount as senior citizens. I believe they also discount to veterans. The lot is not pristine... a good sweep or blower run around the units would help, but it is such an improvement over our previous situations that I really can't complain.”

“Angela at the Middletown, Ohio U-Haul on Verity Parkway was very helpful and went above and beyond for myself and my family. Thanks Angela for making our move smooth. Your willingness to help an older lady load her boxes made me so excited. I'm grateful for you. This company needs to give this woman a raise. She was helpful, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. My experience with customer service on the 800# ? .down”
