“We had a very, very good experience getting Lily, Splash, Patrick Kane and Katie McCracken established with Dr. Combs. He spent a lot of time with each of them which we appreciate a lot. We are looking forward to buying the products they carry for arthritis and pain which our other vets don't sell. Our neighbors' small dog got acupuncture from Dr. Combs before she passed away last year and that was a very good treatment for her pain that I am hoping to try with our dogs. We had been with the same primary vet for almost 20 years so it was a bit stressful to choose a new place. The last vet sold to a private equity company a few years ago and their prices became unaffordable very quickly. We always want to use locally owned businesses first and are so happy MAH checks that box, too. I feel so much better about our dogs health care after our appointments with MAH and Dr. Combs.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would! In the midst of already having way too much on our plate, our cat let us know they were most likely suffering from a UTI. We're newer to the area, so I ended up calling probably 8 different vets and Little Miami Veterinary Services were able to squeeze us in the next day. Much to our surprise the cat we thought was the one who was sick actually was not, it was our other cat. And they again were wonderful to work with and squeezed us into their very busy schedules and we are forever grateful. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and explained everything thoughtfully and thoroughly. They were all so kind, gentle and caring with not only my cats but with myself. Never once did I feel nervous about leaving my cats in their care. They treated them as if they were their own pets. I will definitely be telling everyone I know who is looking for a vet that this is the only place they should go. Thank you for everything!”

“I was so scared to bring my Igor to an exotic vet. I’ve heard so many horror stories of vets who say they’re exotic, but have no experience or any idea on what they’re talking about. Anyways my little guy had to have anesthesia in order to remove a very clogged duct/pore. They were able to squeeze him in on the same day after the initial examination. The Dr did an AMAZING job and explained everything on what he was going to do. I would trust him with all of my other exotic pets that I have. Thank you so much for all that you do :)”

“If you have been on the fence about switching to a cat only vet, make the switch! I can not emphasize enough that the care my cat received at her first appointment was the best care she has received from a Veterinarian in her entire life. At her first appointment she was seen by both Veterinarian's, Dr. Baxter & Dr. Vasquez. I had several questions and they were both so patient answering in detail all of my questions. My cat had her blood pressure taken which was the first time that has ever happened. Dr. Baxter & Dr. Vasquez also identified a new issue that needs to be addressed that was identified from checking her blood pressure. As she is a senior feline, she needs better attention given to her as she ages. Also, all of the staff in the office are amazing & so welcoming! Danielle checked me out & made sure that I understood the directions for her new medication. She also made suggestions on ways to make the pill giving easier. Before I left, I scheduled my other cat for an appointment as I want to make sure he does not have anything that has been left undiagnosed in the past. Make the switch! I keep wondering if her current diagnosises of Kidney Failure & Hyperthyroidism could have been prevented if she had seen Dr. Baxter & Dr. Vasquez sooner.”
“We had our first visit at Bigger Road Veterinary Center on Friday. Our bully had a very infected wound on his face. Dr. Vincent and her technicians were hands down the best veterinary team I have ever encountered. I have had dogs my entire life and this is the best experience I have ever had. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped through the front door. Not only was our boy given the best care but we were also. The environment and care at Bigger Road Veterinary Center was welcoming, homey, calming, and meticulously clean as well. I am so happy to have finally found a wonderful veterinary clinic for my fur babies.”

“I’ve been bringing my dogs to KKM since 1995. Dr. Minnix was my first vet. He’s since retired. All the veterinarians and staff are super friendly and great with my baby.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”
“Super super friendly staff!! They explained everything I was confused on and were absolutely amazing around my pittie that can be a bit defensive at first before he shows his goofy side. It always makes me nervous but they definitely know what they're doing ? definitely recommended this place!!

“The Doctors and Christine get 4 stars for their compassion and care. The front desk however is a zero. I have always felt rushed in and out of there, interrupted, and dismissed. I leave feeling “it’s all about the money” the second I leave the treatment room. When I call, it’s just as bad if not worse. I have put up with it because of the DOCTORS. After today I can no longer do that. While sitting in my car crying about the urgency of my cat needing to go from there to the ER, they were more concerned about me forgetting my wallet. I get it…pay for services rendered. But no grace or compassion for a first time considering the circumstances? You have my records of over 10 years. I’ve never missed an appointment or had a card decline. I never name called, or cursed you as you walked away from me. I was calling out in distress, and as usual, you talked down to me, dismissing my feelings, treating me like a child, which was embarrassing because I was crying like one! Like I said in the parking lot, I get the construction is wearing you all down but to treat people WORSE than you USUALLY DO because of it? Not acceptable. Notice I’m not calling you out by name but you know who you are. I’m hoping you will learn from it. I sure did. I’ll never forget my wallet again. Thank you Doctors (especially Davis) and Thank you Christine for calming me down before I left. That was truly a blessing to me. I sincerely hope the construction goes as planned and will give you a positive work environment for all.”
“Dr. Burk has gone above and beyond to help me with an abused stray cat that I was able to rescue. She was so loving and willing to offer advice for how to help this poor kitty who clearly had been abused. We were able to get the kitty and have him checked out and neutered. The love and care that she gave our new little friend was beyond anything we could have imagined. He is one healthy, happy boy now thanks to Western Hills and their love for animals!”

“When my guinea pig got sick, she needed immediate care. I called over five vet offices until I finally found WCVC. They had an appointment opening the same day I called. They were great about looking at my guinea pig and making sure all aspects of her health were assessed. The staff was very transparent about the pricing too. I really appreciate how caring everyone here is!”

First of all the ease of which it is to make an appointment is wonderful! It is also very nice that the receptionist tells you upfront what your office visit will cost for after hours.
It helps to make an informed decision. I felt that the cost was worth my worry, and I was right!
Secondly, the Dr my pet and I saw was without a doubt one of the most caring and knowledgeable vets I've ever had.
Dr. Leah Scholz was extremely patient, kind and explained things in a way I did not feel rushed or hurried. She answered all of my questions, even the ones I thought silly, and made me feel so prepared for the treatment I needed to give my pet. She treated my pet like her own. I now have a new vet, and feel so confident about her care.”
