“Great place where you can spend a lot of time. Carpeted floors help with all the walking and the cafe saves the day when you're not done looking but the belly is rumbling.”

The items here are incredibly high quality and the knowledge Derek has around what he has in the shop is immense. We will absolutely visit again! As a camera collector I appreciate the fact that they hat a cabinet dedicated to vintage camera. Unfortunately it didn't contain anything interesting for me.

“I have been working with the Velvet Cricket for about 5 years. On average, I do about 1000 per month in business with them. James and the other staff go out of their way to be helpful to clients. It does take about 3 months to get money, but the truth is, that is how long the cycle takes. James is very transparent about that. For my money, I am very happy with the cricket and feel they go above and beyond. These other reviewers seem to believe that they have a full understanding of how the business should be run when their understanding is somewhat amateurish.”

The team gave me a quote within a few days and was always quick to respond throughout the process. Job was done earlier than I expected, and I was blown away at how good it looks. “We inherited a Brevoort painting from the early 1900's. It was BADLY in need of restoration from a poor attempt made back in the 60's. We didn't think a restoration, to undo what was done, was possible but we took a chance with the Wiebold Studio. It took quite awhile but the finished product was AMAZING!! They brought this Brevoort painting back from the dead!! Wiebold Studio did the impossible. They brought LIFE into this dull, damaged painting. It is now very BEAUTIFUL and we are truly grateful to the artisans at the Wiebold Studio!!”
