“I have been working with the Velvet Cricket for about 5 years. On average, I do about 1000 per month in business with them. James and the other staff go out of their way to be helpful to clients. It does take about 3 months to get money, but the truth is, that is how long the cycle takes. James is very transparent about that. For my money, I am very happy with the cricket and feel they go above and beyond. These other reviewers seem to believe that they have a full understanding of how the business should be run when their understanding is somewhat amateurish.”

The team gave me a quote within a few days and was always quick to respond throughout the process. Job was done earlier than I expected, and I was blown away at how good it looks. “I was very impressed with Mr. Leach’s willingness to educate me. We were trying to decide which items to sell and which to donate to charity. Even though he personally didn’t need any of our items, he still took the time to advise us on each item. We needed chairs for our dining room and his selection was quite high end. The chairs we are buying will enhance our dining room quite nicely.”
