The nice man, Joe Guelfi addressed us with a nice welcome as soon as we walked in the door. He was very nice, friendly & very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. And most of all, he was NOT PUSHY!!!!!! He let us take are time, discuss our decision privately. But would check in with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. “I originally placed an order online for a new mattress and base. We received the mattress rather quickly but never received the base.
After numerous calls to customer service and other locations I was losing hope, but that all changed when I called the Kenwood location. The sale associate (Taylor) was extremely helpful and resolved our issue with in a matters of minutes! We are FINALLY going to receive the base we have been waiting.
