“This place is amazing. Tons of fun to be had in the store for free and complimentary coffee for dad. Great selection of unique toys as well and friendly staff. Probably the best toy store I’ve ever taken my kids to”

“My family has been using National prize & toy for as long as I can remember born and raised into the carnival business where you could only imagine how much stock we use. Although our carnival’s were shut down due to the COVID pandemic we did not order our stock this year.(could only imagine the loss). Anyways I called them for a random smaller order to fulfill our baby shower. As Always! They were able to have my order ready for curbside pickup the same day. Thank you NATIONAL PRIZE $ TOY!!!”

“I stopped in on a whim, and I was glad I did. i usually stick to online shopping as in-store shopping can be stressful especially when just browsing. But Annie and Eddie were amazing, I definitely feel inclined to shop in store, and will be very excited to see them again to tell them about the Legos they help me pick out for my boyfriend :-) they both definitely deserve a raise — good people are hard to come by!”

“Love, love, love coming here! We have been here numerous times and each time we discover something new. The grandchildren are enthralled with all the details. Be careful to time your visit when it is not busy, we like to arrive when it opens, so the kids have plenty of time to look at the trains. We always stop at the playground in the middle to let them run a little energy off before finishing up. We will be back!”

“I didn't catch the woman's name, but she was very kind, helpful, informative and I felt honest about the hot wheels I was asking her to appraise. I would definitely recommend o'smileys based on my experience there. I felt she was very honest about what I had and the value they hold. 100% recommend. Plus if you like vintage toys, they have a pretty substantial collection.”

“Since expansion to the store, this should be your number one destination for Lego, new or used. Such a huge selection, spanking two floors now.Fair trade and selling prices, bulk and loose brick, minis, Lego, Lego, Lego. And the girl behind the counter is cute, that never hurts.”

“The kids had a fun experience here. We brought them in on their birthday. No one asked us if we needed help picking a bear or what brought us in that day (it was on their birthday and so I was a little bummed they didn't get paper crowns to wear). It would also be nice if the accessories had prices posted on the shelving instead of the tag, but that's minor. Not many boy accessory options or if there were they were well hidden, we had a difficult time finding something for my son when all the big wall units were geared towards girls.”

“Staff was great and very patient with my daughter. The items are pricey. We got the pay your age bear ($4) and it ended up being close to 50. Beware of the cuteness and inability to say no on their birthday lol”

“Good game selection new and used (Xbox & switch). There is nice selection of game, anime etc merch a good price and a few clearance stuff. The person that helped me knew what I was looking for and was able to help answer my questions. Helped me find the games I was looking for and supported a couple of good ones. Definitely will continue to shop at the Mason location. Would recommend 100%”

“Stopped in yesterday to play some classic arcade games. I was very impressed with how nice the arcade looked. The pinball machines are newer models and they have a good selection of them. I enjoyed playing the Simpsons game and og pacman. The customer service was great as well. The coin mechanism jammed on one of the egg claw machines. The employee immediately came and fixed the coin mechanism. He even gave me a free dollar for an additional play on the machine. He was very nice and seemed like he cared about the customer experience.Overall I really enjoyed my experience at the arcade and I will definitely be regularly coming back in the future.”

“Was going out of town to visit nieces and nephews, got three toys from this store as I had in the past. Came home and heard that the bubble blaster didn’t last a week. My niece called and emailed store with no response even though I had receipt’s. I really want to support local but the store did not stand behind products and I was embarrassed that the toy I bought didn’t last 7 days.Update- stopped in the store after owner replied to my post. Brought receipts in and they sent a replacement out.”
