“Was awesome to walk in and see 5 tables of miniature games going on at once. Met the staff and they were very friendly, showed me their whole operation, explained services they offered and pricing, and even offered some great painting tips. Probably the best prices for Citadel and Army Painter paints in the area. Bolt Action, Konflict 47, Reptilian Overlords, Games Workshop minis on sale for MSRP.”

“The staff were wonderful! I was looking for something specific and the lady knew exactly where to find each item , closest to my descriptions. The bear I made was a gift to my best friend's sister, as my best friend had just passed away. We dressed the bear in his most typical choice of clothing, added his voice and a coffee fragrance (he loves coffee). The staff were all extremely helpful and caring! Fantastic service. I'll absolutely be returning!”

“I will admit I’ve fallen a victim to the trends and only start visiting this local toy store this year due to the needoh craze. But it’s one of my favorite places to visit ever. They have such a large selection of fidgets and other sensory toys which I resonate with because of my severe adhd. They have a wide variety of other toys; there’s something for everyone. But what makes this place stand out is the people. All of the employees here are so sweet and put in so much effort to make sure their customers are satisfied. The owner, Marci, is such a wonderful and kind human and does an amazing job at managing this small business. I also want to give recognition to Peyton, who is such a sweet and down to earth person, every time is visit. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.”

“Just like that, I am 9 again in an arcade from my childhood memories, with quarters and the whole thing. This time, I have my kids with me and I am watching the excitement through their eyes. This was the first arcade I ever took them to, and we will absolutely be returning. The guy working today, Sunday is awesome and totally made us feel welcomed. Buy this guy a steak dinner!!”

“went in today to buy a few things the store was very clean and i was greeted immediately. after i checked out i saw 2 huge mirrors i really wanted and went back to buy them. i was assisted immediately the person there was so super nice and helped me carry my mirrors to the front. they also helped me bring my mirrors to the car. i didn’t plan this at all so the mirrors didn’t fit at first but the person working stood outside and helped me find a way to fit them. through the entire shopping experience this worker wasn’t only helping me but also greeting others. i was so excited and happy with my experience i forgot to ask for their name, they were wearing camo pants. i really hope they get the recognition they deserve. 10/10 customer service 10/10 experience”

“My family has been shopping at Coolest Toys on Earth for years — since our kids were babies — and the experience has been nothing short of incredible every single time. The staff genuinely knows their products, the selection is fantastic, and they’ve always made us feel like valued customers rather than just another transaction. I do want to address the negative reviews complaining about pricing, because a little Economics 101 goes a long way here. Supply and demand is a fundamental principle of how markets work — when demand is high or supply is tight, prices rise. This isn’t unique to Coolest Toys on Earth; every retailer adjusts pricing based on market conditions, wholesale costs, shipping, and inventory availability. If you’ve been frustrated by prices anywhere in the last few years, that’s a reflection of broader economic realities, not a knock on this store specifically. What sets Coolest Toys on Earth apart isn’t just their inventory — it’s the heart they put into customer service. Our family keeps coming back because they’ve earned our trust and loyalty over many years. Cincinnati is lucky to have a gem like this. Highly recommend to any family looking for a wonderful local toy shopping experience!”

“I had a wonderful experience at my visit today! The gentleman at the front door (Phil) greeted me and helped me get my cart as my hands were full carrying my two year old! He held the door open for me as I arrived and left! Full service location and great selection! Will definitely be returning! And huge thank you to Phil for being so helpful and kind!”
