“I am a 67 year old Disabled Marine Corps Veteran. I have been a Verizon customer for about 5 years. I can honestly say that most every Verizon store I have come into I would say their customer service representative at about 3-4 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️I never experienced a five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ CSR until today here in Bryan, Ohio. The young man, Dustin, was unbelievably caring, patient with this old man, and he was well prepared to serve and answer any and every question I had. Without hesitation. I’m so thankful for his customer service. As an elderly man, it is very rare to be served at this level of professionalism.”
