“I have been a customer for 17yrs now. Have always had good service, helpful staff. Recently I went in to discuss options with my credit to see what they could do. Meeting with Monique the bank manger, she set me down and ran my credit. After doing that she gave me options that I never knew I had available. She dug in deep and got me approved for a credit card. Along with a joint line of credit. Without her and the work she did, I would not be able to be building my credit. Everytime I have had a question Monique has been able to get me answers within 24 hrs. She has been the driving force behind my credit growing and building. I think she is the Modle Manager. She goes above and beyond for her customers and she relates on a one on one basis. Very personable, great with customers, always up beat and ready to help whoever may need. I want to thank you for having her as the manager. She has made my life better in so many ways.”

It’s unfortunate that the ppl in the loan department and special services are not genuinely decent ppl like them. The loan department and special services department are the reason I’m leaving this credit union. They are evil toxic ppl and they literally had it out for me which is why I stopped putting all my money into this bank.”

“You really can't beat Wright Patt Credit Union. This is the best financial institution I have ever used. Super easy to get in and out with the answers I need each time. Very quick with all my loan approvals. Quick with getting my checks processed. The ONLY complaint I have in General is there is not one even close to the Maineville-Lebanon Area. And the ONLY Complaint I have about this location specifically is the video tellers. Im old school and prefer an actual human in front of me helping me out.”
