He was respectful of my criteria I spelled out when I said what I was looking for. Leading up to the delivery, I loved the level of detail and frequency of correspondence to confirm the delivery details. Once here, the delivery men were incredibly careful and efficient. I couldn't believe they had the whole couch in place, put together, and fully operational in under 10 minutes. I'm so impressed! “Have stopped and admired their furniture over the years. Last year we bought a leather couch and chair and we are very happy with it. Some damage to the chair during a recent move and we are working with them to get it fixed. We also bought 2 end tables with a matching coffee table. They are beautiful and very well made. We had everything delivered and that went very smoothly.
