“z and his team went above and beyond to help us! We were given the wrong trailer at pick up and had talked to 5 other people one who promised to call us back and never did. Finally got in contact with Z who helped us and got us what we needed and got the trailer hooked up for us and extended our rental to accommodate all the mishaps. He also was able to confirm everything when we called after trying to drop off the truck and the return place was trying to charger us an extra $400. We really appreciate all he did for us and definitely deserves all the praise.”
“The personnel were very polite and helpful. Explained in great detail how to use the big van that I rented. Showed where to put in gas, how to engage the parking brake and how to release it too. They treated me with respect and I would recommend them to all of my friends!!!!! Excellent people work there!!!!”

“Wanted say THANK YOU to this staff and team. Customer service was great and I will recommend this location to others. I had to rent a work truck due to mine being in the shop for repair. The insurance company was frustrating to deal with but the staff stayed close by to support me in dealing with the insurance company. What could have been a very frustrating experience was salvaged by the staff’s support so I could get back to work. Thanks again!”

“The U-Haul represented who wrote the contract for me and prepared the truck for me was efficient, helpful, kind, and ensured the truck was clean and in good operating condition. I had trouble with the app when returning the truck and that same U-Haul representative took care of the return documentation even though he was leaving work when I returned the truck. This was great service and I would definitely recommend this location.”

“Ryder Truck rental on Needmore Rd in Dayton Ohio is a great place for all of your heavy-duty truck needs my lease truck went down on 70 west towards Dayton and when I arrived the transition to get into my rental to keep my business running was smooth. “This is the second time renting from this location and neither experience could have been better. When picking up and returning the staff (different staff members) were friendly, quick, helpful, and genuinely acted like they were happy to be there and help. Car was clean and in great shape. Next time I am in need they will be my first call!”

“Super clean and a comfy temperature.. in a part of town that really needs it... secure and I don't have worries about my stuff being there for an extended time... free and easy access to moving carts to move more efficiently around the building with more stuff than your 2 arms can carry by themselves... if your car breaks down there's a cruddy mechanic next door who uses the front uhaul lot as if it were his own lot... right on Salem ave can't miss the place..”
