“I never write reviews but looking up the rating here being 2.something is insane! I went in today after work needing a tire repaired as it had gone flat. The guys immediately pulled my car in and spent, say about, 15 minutes looking one came back and told me they had six sets of eyes looking but couldn’t find a puncture. He explained to me that I might have blown the bead (I think that’s what he said I obviously didn’t know what that meant but he explained). However, I expressed that I had refilled the tire and it yet again went flat (meaning that the bead being blown wasn’t the issue with this information). He heard me out and went back to look with the other guys. I could tell they were looking for sometime. About 20-30 minutes after (absolutely not mad I had no where to be and would rather have it repaired than pay for a new tire) they found the puncture! He mentioned it was a very small hole and that they had patched it and would get my car ready and to go ahead and checkout. To my surprise my total was only $15 + tax even after all the time spent looking for the problem there was no additional charge (this included them putting it back on and placing my spare back in my trunk). I’m not one to praise a big business this is more so for the team there. I appreciate you guys, thanks for your help!”

“Eric and his guys are absolutely phenomenal. I was traveling from Michigan to Tennessee in my BMW 650i and had a catastrophic coolant leak while I was in their area... on a Sunday night. I had my car towed to them and called first thing Monday morning. They jumped into action and absolutely saved my life. Had a bit of a delay with a part that was completely out of their control. They handed it very professionally and explained everything I needed to know as far as ETA on parts and completion times. I have been in the automotive industry for over 25 years and I'm currently with a European specialist group called Eurofix in Nashville Tennessee. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! I forgotten I had purchased this battery about a year ago and Laura and Ian jumped right on it and installed a brand new battery and didn’t charge me anything. That’s honest business and I really like that awesome!”

I got a rental car because in my past experience maintenance on my car takes a couple days... not here no I dropped it off for a full service at 9am and it was ready by 2pm!!!! “Had a great experience at Muffler Brothers. The service was quick, honest, and a great value. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or upsells.
What really stood out was the shop manager, Tim Chandler. It was a hot day, and he went out of his way to turn on the AC in the waiting area to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. That kind of personal attention and customer service is hard to find these days.
The work was done quickly, the price was fair, and the whole experience was stress-free. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop that treats customers right, I highly recommend Muffler Brothers.”

“Butch and tyler are some of the greatest people around, im the operations manager for Centerville landscape and irrigation, during the winter before the big snow storm hit out fuel tanks were reading 1/2 tank but they empty, my provider couldn't get me fuel in time for the storm. In a panic I called everyone I could find on Google and no one could help until I called Germantown and these people dropped everything to bring me fuel on a Saturday 6 hours before the storm started. There customer service and understanding of tough situations is evident in what they do that we switched to Germantown oil as our provider. If I could give more than 5 stars I would”

Got in quick, had few people checking everything and they performed the oil change at same rate been charged elsewhere, as I travel a lot and have to do it way too often. “Bought four tires for my utility trailer got a good price didn't have to wait to get them put on had an appointment they started right away pointed out that I had a wire broken on my trailer brakes and help me fix it really dedicated to safety here even used a torque wrench to check torque on all the wheels which is not usual for most places great family-owned business you should use them if you need tires and any other items done to your vehicle they have excellent service even the city of Dayton uses them for various services that should tell you something about how good their service is”

Jessi went above and beyond by letting me know that anytime between now and March 10th, or until my son hits 96,785 miles, he can stop back in for tire air, washer fluid, oil top offs, or coolant top offs at no charge. That is next-level customer service.
