“Eric and his guys are absolutely phenomenal. I was traveling from Michigan to Tennessee in my BMW 650i and had a catastrophic coolant leak while I was in their area... on a Sunday night. I had my car towed to them and called first thing Monday morning. They jumped into action and absolutely saved my life. Had a bit of a delay with a part that was completely out of their control. They handed it very professionally and explained everything I needed to know as far as ETA on parts and completion times. I have been in the automotive industry for over 25 years and I'm currently with a European specialist group called Eurofix in Nashville Tennessee. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! If any of you are ever looking for work in the Nashville area.... Please give me a call!!! I got you!!!!! ??? Thank you again for everything!!!!!”

“Had a great experience at Muffler Brothers. The service was quick, honest, and a great value. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or upsells. What really stood out was the shop manager, Tim Chandler. It was a hot day, and he went out of his way to turn on the AC in the waiting area to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. That kind of personal attention and customer service is hard to find these days. The work was done quickly, the price was fair, and the whole experience was stress-free. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop that treats customers right, I highly recommend Muffler Brothers.”

I forgotten I had purchased this battery about a year ago and Laura and Ian jumped right on it and installed a brand new battery and didn’t charge me anything. That’s honest business and I really like that awesome!”

“Been on the road and saw the first review, always better to go locally owned first. Got in quick, had few people checking everything and they performed the oil change at same rate been charged elsewhere, as I travel a lot and have to do it way too often. Even identified an issue been hearing for awhile that nobody else has been able to say what it was. They definitely know how to work as a team here, recommend for sure.”

“JIFFY LUBE ON DIXIE CLOSE TO NEEDMORE AND I 75.. GREAT SERVCIE AND EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE ABOUT LUBRICANTS. CHRIS, THE MANAGER, ALMOST LIVES AT JIFFY LUBE AND WILL HELP YOU WITH ANY OF YOUR CAR MAINTENANCE ISSUES. I FOUND CHRIS TO BE JUST FANTASTIC: EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND A GREAT EXPLAINER OF WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON WITH YOUR CAR, AND JUST PLAIN HELPFUL. IT IS SO DELIGHTFUL WHEN A MECHANIC ACTUALLY TLAKS TO YOU AND EXPLAINS STUFF. USE CHRIS, AND YOUR CAR WIL LAST MORE THAN 100,000 MILES.”

2356 Heller Drive, Dayton OH 45434
“Original review - 1 star: To begin, I believe the quality of service was good and met my expectations. What did not meet my expectations was the lack of transparency with the pricing. My diesel oil change and fuel filter service cost was nearly $160 more than the estimate I was given for the services. I have purchased several trucks and thousands of dollars of service from Germain Ford but If this is the way I will be treated by this dealership then I will never return.Update - 4 stars: Germain reached out to me and told me that they had indeed overcharged me due to a "glitch" in the system. They not only credited the overcharge back to me but also gave me reward points for the aggravation. I don't know how the overcharge happened but they made it right this time, so I'm changing my rating.”
