“Eric and his guys are absolutely phenomenal. I was traveling from Michigan to Tennessee in my BMW 650i and had a catastrophic coolant leak while I was in their area... on a Sunday night. I had my car towed to them and called first thing Monday morning. They jumped into action and absolutely saved my life. Had a bit of a delay with a part that was completely out of their control. They handed it very professionally and explained everything I needed to know as far as ETA on parts and completion times. “Have taken 5+ cars and trucks to them over the past 15 years. I have found them to be honest, more than willing to work with me, and only do repairs that were absolutely necessary. I brought a car to them that I was considering. After their inspection their response was “please tell me you didn’t buy this car”. Cannot recommend enough. “The manager and service team appeared to be very well trained and knowledgeable, and they worked well together. The facility was clean and not overly busy. The service process proceeded rapidly but accurately, and the manager (Ethan) listened very carefully to all my comments and questions. The phone follow up I did with the Valvoline national call center (?) was handled promptly and efficiently. I was given two $20 discount coupons that were appreciated.”

“On my most recent visit, I didn't actually get the service I came in for but I did get integrity. My car was telling me to get an oil change so I stopped by. A tech checked the car over and told me that the message I was seeing was automatic and not triggered by a sensor or anything. The oil in the car was still fine and service wasn't necessary. So he topped off the other fluids and sent me on my way, no charge. Thank you nice and honest technician (whose name I did not get... I'm so sorry!)!”

“Bought four tires for my utility trailer got a good price didn't have to wait to get them put on had an appointment they started right away pointed out that I had a wire broken on my trailer brakes and help me fix it really dedicated to safety here even used a torque wrench to check torque on all the wheels which is not usual for most places great family-owned business you should use them if you need tires and any other items done to your vehicle they have excellent service even the city of Dayton uses them for various services that should tell you something about how good their service is”

“I brought my son’s car to Take 5 Oil Change today for an oil change and had an outstanding experience. I was lucky enough to meet the district manager, Jessi, along with Zach on the team, and both were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Jessi went above and beyond by letting me know that anytime between now and March 10th, or until my son hits 96,785 miles, he can stop back in for tire air, washer fluid, oil top offs, or coolant top offs at no charge. That is next-level customer service.
This location is truly customer service oriented, and I’m genuinely glad I decided to stop in today. If you need a quick, efficient oil change from people you can trust, I highly recommend this Take 5 location on State Route 741 right in front of Lowe’s.”
“Original review - 1 star: To begin, I believe the quality of service was good and met my expectations. What did not meet my expectations was the lack of transparency with the pricing. My diesel oil change and fuel filter service cost was nearly $160 more than the estimate I was given for the services. I have purchased several trucks and thousands of dollars of service from Germain Ford but If this is the way I will be treated by this dealership then I will never return.Update - 4 stars: Germain reached out to me and told me that they had indeed overcharged me due to a "glitch" in the system. They not only credited the overcharge back to me but also gave me reward points for the aggravation. I don't know how the overcharge happened but they made it right this time, so I'm changing my rating.”

“What a team, we had a flat tire today in the snow and found out they do include spare in many vehicles anymore. They were able fix our tire when others wouldn’t help. They even gave our young boys food and drink while we waited. What a team. If there was a 10 star review it still wouldn’t be enough. Thank you!”
