“My son’s 2016 Hyundai SUV was stolen, crashed, and abandoned by thieves. It was in like-new condition, and unfortunately, it’s a model that can be easily stolen with a jump drive in the ignition. After the Dayton police recovered it, they sent it to Sandy's Towing in Dayton, Ohio.
The staff at Sandy's, especially the owner Doug, James, and Chance, were incredibly professional and helpful. They took the time to carefully load the car onto my rental trailer, going above and beyond to assist us during this challenging situation.
Initially, we were uncertain about the car being at an impound lot, but it quickly became clear it was in good hands while we figured out our next steps. I highly recommend Sandy's Towing for their exceptional service and support!”

“We were getting ready to drive the car about 300 miles on a weekend trip. I took my car to them for a simple oil change and they notices a major issue during the inspection of the driveshaft. They changed the oil and replaced / resolved the issue with the drive shaft and I am back on the road. “My parents only serviced their vehicles at Fugates and I've continued the tradition for 40 years?! Jerry and everyone at Fugates are hardworking and honest. They take pride in their work, call to give diagnostics, detailed estimate and pickup time.My husband questioned why I drove to Franklin from Cincinnati to get my vehicles serviced because he, "knew a great local mechanic". So, he was a little skeptical. However, after moving locally, he only entrusts his work van to Fugates. All work is completed on time and at a reasonable price.In fact, regularly scheduled maintenance and rental vehicle were included in the purchase from the dealership. One visit to the dealership was one too many. Because Fugates is certified, you don't have to go to the dealership to maintain your warranty.”

“My husband and I were driving from PA to IL to celebrate our Grandsons's 1st birthdays. Half way there we stopped to pick up a few things at the store in Dayton, Ohio. Upon leaving, our vehicle would not drive forward nor back. Not knowing the area we contacted the local police who gave us options of towing companies. We lucked out and made the "Smart Choice" when we contacted Hollis. Andy arrived about 15 minutes after our call. Such a nice man. He quickly moved our vehicle onto his truck, dropped us off at the nearest hotel, helped us unload our bags before he left to drop the vehicle off at the dealership. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks so much for making our misfortune a bit better.”

“This U-Haul stays busy but you know what they say about busy places; usually it means the service is good, which stands true for this place. I tried getting an appliance dolly from here a few months back and they didn’t have any because this place stays getting customers. Service is A1 though. Polite, friendly, and clean. You’re better off making reservations online/through mobile app versus just coming in.”
