Google Maps had my mechanic's lot in an inaccurate place, so the driver called to make sure he was dropping off the vehicle in the correct lot. I appreciate his attention to detail and to making sure my vehicle got to where it was supposed to go. I'm saving his number for the wintertime.”

So, he was a little skeptical. However, after moving locally, he only entrusts his work van to Fugates. “I had a really great experience with Parker’s. Long story short, I needed my car to be towed to my mechanic, and I used an insurance claim to find them. While waiting, I was given an AI assistant through my insurance and they found Parker’s. By the time Parker‘s got there somehow my insurance AI assistant had canceled my tow after waiting over two hours for it. Naturally, I was furious, but Parker’s understood the situation and ended up towing me for free. I talked to Rebecca and she helped me through the process and Joe who towed my car was great! He was very kind and understanding.”
