I had an issue with my windows that couldn't be fixed, but Nick let me know what needed to be done and sent me to the Acura dealership where they didn't need to do diagnostic, had the part I needed and was able to fix it immediately. “I took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler to this shop in need of extensive frame repair. They inspected the vehicle and determined the best way to go forward is to completely remove the rotted out sections and welded in new sections. They also offered to remove all of the rust from the frame and coat it with rust inhibitors. After giving me a price, I decided to move forward with the repair. In short summary, the work they did was very impressive. The frame looks fantastic and will hold for many years to come. I will admit, it seems like the repair was rushed at the end since they missed a few spots of rust, some patches of frame not painted, and a few other minor things. I called the shop after leaving a review stating these observations and I received excellent customer service. They picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed the mistakes, and even threw in an upgrade for my vehicle for free. In the end, I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, impressive work, and genuine transparancy on cost. I've never met a shop that treats you like family until 41Seven. For any repairs or advice, this shop delivers.”

Even Chris Brown couldn’t beat that.”
“Stopped in here to get a transmission repair for a nissan rogue. After going over my options, we decided on a used replacement transmission that came with a warranty. Dayton transmission did a fast and beautiful job installing the transmission, but sadly, after a short amount of time, the used part failed. Dayton transmission totally stood behind their work to get me back on the road. I couldn't say enough good things, but most of all, they were open and honest with me.”

“My car was running extremely roughly, would shake pretty badly whenever it was idle or when I would brake, so I set up a time they could check on it, (it was my wiring harness being too loose and rubbing against the EGR tube) and the same day they checked it they called me back to tell me exactly what was wrong, exactly what they were going to do to fix it, and how much they estimated it to cost, and had it fixed the very next day, which in the end I actually paid less then the actual estimate.
Love this place for it's transparency, its speed, and its amazing customer service, Jenny is an absolute rock.
And I'd be completely amiss not to talk about the reviews here on Google, I've read a lot of reviews on here about people having bad experiences or bad repairs, which generally sounds like ignorance on the reviewers part, and on every single one of those reviews this business has responded with eloquent and well thought out answers that give more details as to what happened with that specific customer, from telling customers where they can contact them directly if something happened they weren't satisfied with, to set up an actual time to talk face to face, (and there's really no other way to describe this) to ABSOLUTELY shutting down the haters, like actually having good reasons and explaining why something was or would be the price that it is, or fixed they way they chose to fix it.
Love these people for that, coming here forever.”
“I just had my first experience with Bigger auto. Very efficient over the phone. I dropped it off after closing hours and it was ready by 1:00 next day. My 2010 Jeep had to be towed in. As it turns out the the codes hadn’t been cleared out from the previous shop and it wouldn’t go over 1-2 mph. They fixed it and didn’t charge me anything. I will continue to use them in the future!!”
