“My car looks brand new!! I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and my paint was peeling off badly on my roof, hood, and a few other areas. It was very unsightly. They re-painted my hood, roof, and a few other areas. It looks amazing, and it matches so perfectly I can’t even notice. They also touched up some minor dings on my doors from over the years. I will definitely be paying them for any other work I may need done.”

“Long story …but I needed some damage repaired to my car door. I got two estimates. One near my house, and the dealer. (The person at fault wanted to handle it personally not through insurance)
To be fair, I got two estimates. One from 5tar and my dealer. 5 star was way cheaper. I made an appointment to get the car fixed.
They did a great job. Can’t even tell it was damaged. They even got it to me earlier than what they told me.
If I ever have another problem and need body work, it’s 5 star for me.”

“RJR Radiator saved the day!I had a new radiator installed recently by my home shop, and on our first trip out of town it started leaking antifreeze and the engine was running hot. I was able to limp to the downtown Cincinnati area where we had arrangements to stay for 2 nights. We searched google for radiator repair shops and after reading reviews we settled on RJR.We called RJR first thing the next morning to make sure they could get us in the same day, then arranged for AAA to tow our vehicle there.After the tow, our SUV was in RJR‘s hands around 10AM.Jeff and Joe took great care of our vehicle. They communicated throughout the day regarding the status. We lucked out and the (new) radiator was fine, but the hoses were not hooked up properly, and one hose needed replaced. After they made the proper connections they pressurized the radiator and discovered the water pump was failing. They were able to locate a new water pump and repressurized the system by about 4PM. We picked it up around 5PM and the rest of our trip continued on as planned with no other car trouble!Jeff and Joe went over everything that they did to our SUV and had some photographs of the problems they found.We are very grateful of the quality of the work and their willingness to complete such a high quality repair in a timely manner!These guys are great! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!”

“Bought a used, 2005, sportster with low miles. It was not ridden much and still had original tires on it. Took it to the Bike Shop and they installed 2 new tires and repaired a sticky rear brake back to original. Their prices on the same Dunlop tires as Harley dealership in KY quoted me were over 200.00 cheaper and they had them in stock. While the repairs were perfect, the biggest deal was I found a true local business with three great guys who are not intimidating nor arrogant but humble fair and honest. The owner is a man of faith and it shows. If you have a motorcycle that needs work I highly recommend The Bike Shop. I say this as a 35 year Rider of HD motorcycles. “Can't say enough about this business. Great and timely service! Quality work! Friendly! They went the second mile and fixed a problem not in the bid for work done. It was simple but they didn't have to do it. Also replaced a light bulb that was involved in the repair work that went dark after the work was done. Again not necessarily their problem but fixed it nonetheless less.”
