“First, I will review the salesman: I will not purchase a car from him again. He was rude from the start. He was disrespectful to me and my Mom, who went with me. I never saw the car I was interested in. A ploy I assume to get me snagged into a more expensive vehicle. I negotiated new tires since the ones on it had little tread. He was irritated by this and decided to try and find another vehicle. He said he couldn't find another one and rudely asked me if I would purchase the car if he would add the the tires in the negotiation. I agreed. I was told to give it a week or two and service would call me to make an appointment. 2.5 weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I called the salesman. He said he would look into it and call me back in the morning. I ended up having to call him that afternoon. This time he said he would call me back in 10 minutes. Again no return call. I waited until the following day before I called him again. I ended up having to call his manager. The manager was very helpful in getting the ball rolling. He was apologetic and in a few days I received a call from the salesman with an appointment with the service department and would have a loaner car for me as well. Which was great since I purchased a used car. He told me to pick up the keys to the loaner from him. He was nowhere to be found when I got there and nobody else knew what was going on. After about a half an hour another salesman showed up with the keys. When I went to pick up my car he again was nowhere to be found. It was another goose chase and another half an hour before I got my car. Now for the dealership review: the manager was great in resolving the problem. Because of the manager I would buy another car from them however as I said in the beginning I would not deal with that salesman.”

“I entered the store needing new wipers...one clerk looked at my car, picked out the wipers for me...and had them installed and filled the windshield washer fluid before I finished paying for them. Then he asked me to try them out before he left!! Wow!! Thank you so much for great service...and I highly recommend you folks to others!!”

“Billy was a great help, knowledgeable, and nice. This is one of the better Advanced Auto Locations that I have been to across the nation. The only reason this is a 4 out of 5 is because the online store and in-store are more out of sync than they should be and this opinion is based on the fact I work in the IT software industry and know for a fact that Kroger's system is more accurate and near real-time than Advanced Auto because I worked on the project that got it there. If AAP fixes their IT shortcomings I would give them a 5 out of 5.”
