Unfortunately not good because of communication. We took my granddaughter’s car in for new tires balance the realigned. So twe took car in early and was to be picked up later they were late delivering the tires so no fault of Firestone, however the night manager told us it would first car at 8:00 am next morning I called at around 8:30 am told the car was on the rack. We told them we needed the car by noon only because there’s an appointment out of town at 2:00. Nathan called to let us know we needed 3 new sensors so I again explained the importance of having the car by 1:15. I was there by one car not insight but they told me to wait they would call me up, then finding out that Nathan didn’t even start working on the car until 11:00. Really upset because of not poor but no communication!!! I felt that was promised something but because of no communication was it a lie? Now need to say thank you Nathan great job but decide if it’s worth going back

AC compressor replaced. Every single person at the location were helpful and professional. They got me taken care of within 2 days (because of parts delivery). No drama. No surprises.

This is the wife of the customer on the ticket. First I know I was coming in for a free service by getting my tires rotated , however I bought these tires from this store. With that being said I was not happy with most of the customer service. Nate was very condescending to me and other customers. As he dealt with an older gentleman who was hard of hearing he was not polite to him at all. The technician who did my tire rotation was greasy and did not put the seat cover or floor covers in my car which resulted in grease on my lumbar pillow. Conner was pleasant and apologetic for the grease mess and came out to the car and cleaned it while apologizing again. I am sorry (not sorry) but I work in the customer field as well and that is one of my biggest pet peeves, Nate is not well versed how to treat a customer at all. Thank you for your time, and please thank Conner again for his customer service

Had a 3PM appointment, still took 3 hours. I had called 1/2 hour before the appointment to make sure the tires were there and they didn't say anything about being backed up or an extended wait time. It was 1 1/2 hours before they ever touched my car. Then told me I needed to have an alignment but was not shown any documentation about the before or after readings. Just said "the back was out quite a bit". I was told the report would be emailed to me but when I got home it wasn't with the receipt. Frankly, it felt like it was a scam to get another $124 out of me.

I had 4 new tires installed, which I have recently had done on two other vehicles. The reason I selected Firestone this time was that the need for a single new tire occurred on a Sunday due to a road hazard causing a unpreparable damage to one tire. The shop I usually use was not open and I was hoping to find the exact same tire so all my tires would still match so I decided to try Firestone. Long story short, I ended up deciding to replace all four tires and the price Firestone quoted was a great price. However they had to order the tires and scheduled me to come in two days later at 2pm. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time and it took them over 3 hours to have me on my way. I won't comment on the quality of the work other than to say that I count time and customer satisfaction as part of the quality of the work. That is why I chose the two star rating.
I do want to say that all the staff was very polite and professional with all the customers and I do not know why it took three hours, but if time is important to you, beware.

Mt Vernon Firestone. Had 8am Sat appointment for second alignment redo but car wasn’t pulled in until 9:30am. Car doesn’t pull to the right anymore but steering wheel is crooked!! Don’t trust online appointments unless you have time to waist! These appointments require acceptance by store personnel , but corporate requires them to book them (so I was told). Seems like a bad business strategy! Looks like I’ll be calling in my third appointment for, what I hope to be, a better customer experience.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Took car there at 8:30 am for 9:00 am appointment. Was told they would call when they found out what the noise was under the understanding that we needed the car back the same day because of work the next day. No problem we were told. We'll, nearly seven hours later and being told they had to take our car out of the bay because the tech checking it had to leave and us calling them several times we had to go pick the car up only to find out that our car hadn't even been moved it was still where we parked it when we dropped it off. Done with Firestone. This is not the first time this has happened to either someone I know or a family member.

After over an hour after my appointment time and my car still not being worked on, I asked the man at the front desk if my car had been started and he told me yes. I asked him how much longer and he said 20 minutes or so. A few minutes after that my car was finally started to get worked one. Not only did he lie to me, they took another hour to complete my vehicle. The techs are unhurried and have no regard to an actual appointment time. Do not come here unless you want to wait for hours on end. An appointment time is merely a suggestion to them.

Very slow service, technicians were in no hurry to get my vehicle done. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes to do a 4 wheel mount and balance. Tire places in the past have had my vehicle in and out in 30 minutes or less. No leadership or discipline to get vehicles done. Definitely losing out on making more money with these type of employees.
