Do not go here got a new phone guys was rude. Added things to the bill and when son went in for help on new phone we just st got there. He was told he was asking too many questions and had to pay 30$$ cash. And then still did not give him any help.

Had an apple iphone and returned in 3 days. Cost me over 80 to try. I could not get it to turn off nor remove an app that I had added. Service good. Fees awful. No lemon law for this I guess.

I've had Verizon service for almost 20 years and they've never let me down. They are a little bit more expensive than some of the other services but they're covered extremely good. I've been in some wilderness locations that you wouldn't think have phone service and they do. I'm satisfied with the service at the store and the service from Verizon itself.

Verizon is only focused on parting people from their hard earned money. They don't support anything but the most recent version of smartphones which seem to come out every other month. If you have ine a year old or more you are left hanging!

Very rude, condescending, and not knowledgeable. Do not go to this store for assistance with a new line. Give the commission to a store that deserves it.

Felt like I was not being told the complete truth about somethings. We would ask a question and was told something else that did not have anything to do with that question. Also felt pressured into buying stuff that we did not want. And felt like there was trickery going on with our plan
