I had placed a large order for our niece and nephew mother's funeral and because we were not going to be able to attend the services I had asked the person whi answered the phone would they simple take a picture of the 2 plaques, ribbons and live red roses and simply text it to my phone as a courtesy. I was assured that they would! But of course I recieve the bill to my text but no pictures at all so I could see that the plaques were of the quality that I wanted to send to our family. Very disappointed that this business could not Handel a simple request. So very heartbroken that we'll never know if the items we sent we're decent or not!!!!!!

I trusted this place for my floral arrangements for my wedding and they did everything great except for when they brought the wrong color flowers than I had chosen for the men to wear and they made me pay again for those flowers even tho they messed up and also charged me so they could drive back and get what I originally paid for that I now have paid twice for. it was clearly written on my documents on what I wanted and colors and they still refused to fix their mistake.
to your reply. yes you did do my wedding years ago. (you can't say you don't do weddings when you have several wedding photos in your review list.) I also don't know how you can look me up when you've got my first name. I have the paperwork and it clearly states this name and the address correct with your logo and I remember the front of your entrance well.
