The machine on the right that is touchless doesnt work but it accepts payment and i didnt know that so i used my card and now i am out of $64 cause of that

I frequent this car wash because I prefer touchless. Always had a great experience.
Went to get a wash the other day and ran into an issue with the machine—I let the owner know and he contacted me within 24hours to make sure the problem was resolved.

Stopped by to wash my truck today and I have to say this is the only place I'll be washing my vehicles at from now on. First off and probably the smallest detail but the soaps used here smell amazing and lather very well. ALSO,THEY ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS FOR SELF WASH! I was very pleased with the ease of use and fair price as well, only charged for the time I used (please read signs because you do have to manually stop the clock if you have a short visit). After washing I was very pleased with the vacuum as well, 2 different hose options to ensure a clean interior. Very clean place overall seems well kept and maintained would highly recommend.

Paid for an automatic wash and did not even look like it was cleaned. No soap was dispensed during the wash. Would not recommend.
