Jake did not charge me anything to tear these apart and evaluate all the components in each, a service for which I would have happily paid him. He insisted that this was just part of their service.
When I went to pick up the finished transmission, Heath (a technician who worked my case) took the time to give me advice on both installation and what leftover parts were worth saving for potential future use. I probably would have ended up getting rid of virtually everything since I don't have much storage space at home and do not have the expertise to know what to keep, so this was extremely helpful and a huge added value.
