Took my car in to have them diagnose a fault code P0420 - Catalyst System.
I had reset the code prior to taking the car there. My scan tool indicated the code will be store permanently. Eric's did a thorough diagnosis and evaluation that included driving the car. End result was they could not find anything wrong and said my car was running perfect. Eric's did not charge me for their time to diagnose and evaluate my car. It has been several months since and all is fine. Thank you to the wonderful staff and giving me the confidence in my car. Support local! Definitely worth it!”
