Bought 2 things from them that had issues and contacted the manufacturer told them how I got it and the manufacturer said thanks for buying our product we will send you the part you need for FREE....bought a Milwaukee set for 75% and it's worked perfectly for over a year now of regular use. Give these folks a chance if you are a thrift shopper and like local businesses!”
