This is a wonderful hardware store! Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Chris Haddle assisted me most recently and provided professional and personable assistance with the project that I was working on. I have never been dissatisfied with the customer service or the merchandise i received. Thank you!

My son had broken off a key in his auto ignition so we went to a batteries store to get it repaired. They could not get a new key to work but recommended Ace Hardware in New Albany. We went to Ace and Richard was extremely helpful to us. He worked very hard and then got Kalib to assist with the reprogramming of the new key. Kalib tried and tried and continued trying to get the key programmed so that it would work for us. I have not observed anyone willing to put in as much effort as he did in years. He displayed such patience and tenacity in assisting us. The process was extremely time consuming but he did not give up. We sincerely appreciate Ace Hardware, their dedicated and friendly personnel and especially Kalib for his excellent workmanship! We are more than happy and highly recommend Ace Hardware and all of their excellent personnel especially Kalib!!!

Excellent store and staff. I’ve come here multiple times for tools and advice and they’re always friendly and knowledgeable.
Although yesterday I dropped my motorcycle and broke a foot peg, and to replace it I didn’t have the right tools to replace it. Bill not only found the tools I needed to remove the cotter pin and replace the broken peg, he took the time to come out to my bike and assisted me in fixing it. Super appreciative of this and cannot recommend him and this store enough. Thanks again Bill!

Great customer service. Convenient location for NA. An employee spent at least 10 minutes helping me find the exact right screw for my sliding door handle from roughly 1000+ options. When she finally found it, she told me it was 15 cents.

We reserved a uhaul van. We came in to pick it up and it was in the parking lot. Before we could complete the checkout process, they gave it away to another customer. Unbelievable. They took 2 reservations but only had one van.
