He walked me through the different tint and what would be best for my new car. Even sent me a few pictures to see the progress as it was being worked on. Columbus is full of shady slimy car companies but that is the opposite of Radar Collision. They are one of a kind with top level service and care. Not only that I had smaller issues with a mirror I broke on my parents car and they have been incredible at helping me with that. I run a pet sitting company (Wags and Kisses Pet Care) and have a recommendation page for local services. It’s typically other pet services I recommend like local trainers but Radar Collision is good enough I need to add them to the list. Everyone in Columbus should know about them— it’s the best kept secret”

“JRM Car Cleaning did an amazing job deep cleaning both of my cars. One (a 1999) was extremely dirty inside and the other (a 2025) fairly dirty. They got the old one looking so good that someone stopped me in the parking lot and said “that’s the cleanest 1999 I have seen!” They are extremely professional and easy to work with! “We were traveling to Johnstown to visit family. When we arrived We noticed that the deflecting panel underneath the engine was hanging just a few inches above the street. It was evening so I checked for service stations and found K-ceps nearby. I left a message to see if I could get an appointment the next morning. When I got there at 8:00, the service manager met me in the parking lot. He looked at the car and saw the deflector he said he had read the message and made some space in the morning schedule. By 10:00 the car was fixed. The job was not a major task, but it was sure a relief to have it fixed so quickly. He handed me the keys and told me to have a good day. I asked about the bill and he responded “No charge “ It’s apparent that this business puts the priority on people and helping them solve their automobile problems.”
