The people at Prestige Storage are amazing. Units are clean, well maintained, secure, and easily accessible. The office is always willing to assist with questions, and the renting and move-out experience was painless and perfect. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a storage unit in any of the areas they operate in. Can't say enough good things about this company.

The facility is clean and secure. Stephanie, the manager on site the day I rented my space, was most helpful and efficient. Entire process only took a few minutes. Also, she showed me a map and directed me to the best way to access my unit. Very pleased so far!

Prestige Storage in New Albany is a great location to rent a storage unit!
Wonderful customer service quickly and accurately answers any questions by phone or email. I rented a storage unit online and got all the info needed. The storage facility is easy to access, clean, and remained dry despite heavy rains and flooding in nearby cities. It was easy to store and retrieve my items. This location is helpful whether moving or simply storing items. Highly recommended. Thanks

I'm paying for a storage pod I can't access. I tried showing up during posted opening hours and called, too. Since my pod is indoors, I need to be given a key, and since I haven't gotten the key, I can't even access the product I've been paying for for nearly a month.

Horrible Horrible customer service. I think it’s owned by someone new. They don’t have clear effective communications. I went up there at 5:20pm they were closed, when they are suppose to be open until 6pm. On top of it they never answer the phone or return calls. I called them at 5:30pm to advise them I was going to arrive a little after 6pm to make an payment but no one answers or course so I call back at 5:55pm to let them know I’m 5-8 minutes out and I spoke with Barbara and she told me she would wait but once I got there she said that Theresa who was at the gender road location advise her she couldn’t Stay. So they didn’t call me to just turn around or try again another day. Or at least try to stay over for a paying customer when I’m rushing and driving reckless in traffic to pay. I don’t understand their way of customer service. I will never rent with them again.

Well what can we say the service provided was more than excellent. My brother in law Godfrey Griffith has maintained lockers at New Albany Self Storage. On Tuesday the 25th of April 2023 we attended the above location for the purpose of emptying the locker. As we are from Ontario Canada we had not idea who to arrange removal of some of the contents. FORTUNATELY, we spoke with your employee Stephanie and explained our dilemma . She informed us that she would look into assisting us with our problem. Up returning she informed us she had help. Without her assistance this would have been a challenging task. We then would like to acknowledge her wonderful help .
