I had the pleasure of speaking with Colleen today and she just makes you feel like you’re at home and nothing is just a transaction. I will never goto another UPS Store! “Just wanted to quickly write this down before I forget , I didn’t catch the name of the girl who helped my daughter and I earlier this afternoon, but she was working up front around 1-2 pm today 8-21-25. She was so sweet and so patient with us , I was trying to do a return with literally no service on my phone , so she could scan my code. It took several minutes, and the entire time she was so patient with me and extremely helpful. With her help I was able to get it done way quicker, so I wanted to come and pay her a compliment. Most of the people/employees that I’ve encountered here are very knowledgeable and friendly, much more than USPS across the street. So this was a Thank you review, I will continue to use this specific store from now on. It’s worth the extra minute drive .”
