“The reason I give this store high marks is because they are incredibly flexible when it comes to returns. If something breaks and you don't have original packaging, not a problem they will help you out. Because of this, we tend to make most of our large purchases here as we know we are covered If something goes wrong. Aside from returns, they usually have everything in stock and check out is a breeze. They have a decent plant selection in the summer as well as all sorts of mulch, bricks and outdoor needs. My only complaint is it's very busy so plan wisely during COVID time.”

And their prices aren't shocking!!! What a treat to have a place to share with my next generation gardeners (my kids) who have been privy to this spot.... to learn and continue growing!!!! “I ordered the professional topsoil blend to be delivered to my driveway. It was delivered on time and the product is as described. I also have purchased single cubic yard professional topsoil at the Westerville location and never had any issues. They give you a product as advertised. They do not short you on the product either unlike another chain in the central Ohio area.”

“We usually do fall clean up ourselves but handed off to Winnscapes. To say we are impressed is an understatement. They did all the trimming and edging and a little planting around the entire house. It was spotless when finished. I would highly recommend their work and they do a great job of communicating from bid to completion!”

“I like this location because they have the option to buy new or exchange your propane tanks through the app and pick them up or exchange them through the kiosk right out front. You make the purchase online or through the Home Depot app then scan the QR code on the kiosk screen to continue with getting your tank. It’s so easy. I was having a hard time finding propane tank exchanges locally and also couldn’t figure out where to go to refill them. I found through my searches that these kiosks existed and it was so easy to do.”

“I just needed some superglue today for a small repair. Parked and began to walk in the store when an employee who appeared to be on break outside asked me if he could help find something. Told me where the glue was and I knew where it was before even walking into the store. Didn't catch his name but he was older and wore a big brown coat.”
