“good service both times i was there but you got to know how to pack the boxes before you get in line. they really don't tell you what to do, but it was easy once you know what to do. ups packs everything for you but usps you have to pack and prepare it yourself, which you have to know how to do that.”

“I been to around 50 post offices around central Ohio. From Newark to Hilliard and everywhere in-between. I’m not kidding when I say this is the BEST post office around. From the quickness, to the friendliness and professional staff, this place is top-notch. I can’t express enough how elite this post office is. “Had to go here on tax day (LONG STORY) but it was the last place I wanted to be. TOTALLY surprised at the short line and the one person working was VERY EFFICIENT. Not so much friendly, but I'll take highly efficient and effective any day. Highly recommend you go here - especially if in a pinch. I'm guessing the Gahanna PO (my other option) WAS, IN FACT, likely a disaster today.”
