“I got a great deal on Frigidaire refrigerator, much better than Lowe's or Big Sandy! I knew what I wanted and had excellent service at the store. No bait and switch and very effiecent service. In and out in 15 min. The delivery men were awesome. They showed me everything about the refrigerator, ie, how to change water filter, settings, how to use Hex wrenches to adjust doors, explained about running water through the water dispenser and disposing of first ice before using, etc. can't say enough good about them. My husband and I were so impressed by delivery we were sure to tip delivery men generously!”
“Went in to check out some recliners and to just check out the inventory and prices. Was assisted with one of their employees that was very helpful, friendly and professional and also did a great job. Tamara showed me some recliners and explained the sales and how they were priced. Tamara then left me to browse on my own and was available the minute I needed any service. Long story short I left very satisfied and had purchased a new recliner. I will have to say all the employees that I delt with that day were very helpful and polite and very professional and also made me feel very much at home. I would recommend the Portsmouth Big Sandy a great place to shop.”

If only the internet/cable companies had these two working for them so didn't have to reserve half a day waiting on their services ?”
