“Late last year, my car and a deer had an unplanned and very one-sided relationship (10/10 for the deer, 0/10 for my car). Enter Manchester Body Shop, who turned what could’ve been a total headache into an unexpectedly great experience.

Despite it being peak “Ohio wildlife vs. vehicles” season, they got me in quickly, handled my rental pickup and drop-off seamlessly, and kept me in the loop with timely updates the whole way through. Even better — they finished early.

But here’s where they truly went above and beyond: they had some extra paint left over and took the time to buff and touch up small dings and marks that had absolutely nothing to do with the accident… at no extra charge. Who does that?! My car looks genuinely brand new.

This was my first time using Manchester Body Shop. I chose them because they were a preferred vendor with my insurance and had great reviews — and now I fully understand why. Professional, kind, thorough, and clearly proud of their work.
