Love this goodwill for their clothing selection. I always find something every time I go. I was lucky today and got 5 really nice pieces of clothing. Sadly their sweaters were very limited. Usually they have so many to choose from. Anyway, definitely recommend if you're going for the clothes.

Horrible Place. High Prices. Rude Management. Nasty couches with bed bugs. During covid I opened a cooler.. to find there was a guys prescription... and food still in the cooler.. yeah right you keep and sanitize everything.

I'm at this location at least every other day. Employees know me very well, they are fantastic! However Goodwill, your GoodPoints program is a DISASTER!!! I'm currently at 756 points with ZERO ABILITY TO REDEEM THEM!!! 300 points is $15 off, I can't even redeem ANY!! Your cashiers are stuck in a predicament of telling customers there is currently no working system to redeem GoodPoints. Why change a program from a loyalty card WITH barcode on it, to constantly asking customers for phone numbers every transaction? Card was way easier...just scan it.Get your GoodPoints system working Goodwill. I've been a loyal customer here for a lifetime and I'm getting screwed over. And, as are numerous other customers. Your company has the word "GOOD" listed in it every where, describing everything.....I'm not seeing. And, thank you for finally fixing your air conditioner at this location.....that was punishment on everyone including your employees.

Prices have gotten at a retail price. The cloths are shabby. Most furniture broken

Wow.....Prices on items keeps going up. It's almost the same price to buy a Tshirt at Walmart, Tshirts are over $5 each..... Doesn't seem right when all items are donated. Seems like they would sell more and in return make more with prices like they were not long ago.

No more good items. Prices have gone up 3x the amount they use to be.

If you are looking for gently used clothes for the entire family, this store is loaded. I scored big time. Kids grow out of clothes so quickly, it's hard to keep up sometimes. This store helps cut clothing cost astronomically.

I waited at the cash register for 7 minutes. The lady saw me and just kept talking to another person. It was a customer she was talking to, but they were talking about stuff at home. She was not helping her find anything.

Just in the store. Nice selection but your prices are quite greedy for donated merchandise.

Place is pretty clean, and I like how they tag each item. Remember, each color represents a different day of the week for deals, so don’t forget to double check with an associate or employee to see which ones are good for that day! Employees are also polite and helpful!

**Everything is so over priced now**This place used to be the best goodwill in Ohio, literally. The staff is rude, just bunch of kids working there. They have broken toys in there for $10 each! Literally, go look. Toys that don’t work, or are literally broken in half.. they’re cheaper brand new at Walmart!**Their new Wired up program is a JOKE**Nothing works! Says it’s all tested by (DT) an employee, but it’s not, maybe by 16 year old kids who have no idea what they’re doing!I bought a laptop there 2 days ago for $149, ended up finding out it was at Walmart for $99 brand new.. plus it didn’t work, was locked out by someone’s personal account! Lol. They didn’t even try to erase the data and reset it before selling it!Took it back, with a receipt and all, they refused to give me my money back which they said they would when I bought it, gave me in store credit… what the hell am I going to buy there with $149?!?!10 pairs of Used underwear? ?STRAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!Don’t believe me? Go check it out. See for yourself. They sell old grimy off brand game controllers for systems that are 20 years old, for $19.99…They used to have DVDs for $1. Blu Rays for $2Now they’re $4-6…Used. I’m Not joking lol. That’s ABSURD! Walmart sells brand new DVDs for $3.740/10Will never go back here again. Ever.

I came to goodwill first time in over a year and I must say this place is insane, the prices are ridiculous. I bought two items and that’s prolly the last time I buy anything from you guys. Two expensive!

This location was pretty dirty and many donations looked ready for the dumpster. I enjoy checking different locations around the state to find lil treasures but I didn't find anything close today. I'm hoping this location will improve as everything has ups and downs. Their appeared to be quite a selection of clothing but I didn't browse that area today.

Very good. Lost our dog when he got out of vehicle and they announced it over their intercom. We found our dog, thank God.
