First time going in i had the best experience with the best team working just picking up gear!! Second time in was very busy on a friday and only 2 people working... First time in was a wensday and every desk had a person behind it... just confused really.

We came here from 40 minutes away from our house to upgrade our phone, the service was awful, they were extremely rude and were directly saying to leave and that they won't help us. We will never come back to that store again. Don't recommend coming to that place.

Awful customer service. Because someone “new” helped me upgrade my phone and didn’t ask about a trade in, I am now not eligible for a trade in of at least $150-200! Apparently the customer is supposed to know the proper procedures for upgrades. Also, when my new phone was shipped, it was shipped to my old address. The “new” Spectrum representative must not know to confirm shipping addresses either. Maybe their “new” people should be trained longer!

Had to sign in at the door and now I am sitting here listening to one of the customer service ladies talking about politics and Trump and Hilary instead of doing her job. They are doing everything but helping customers here.

Outrageous that I could do NOTHING online or via phone. I'm going to store tomorrow- without an "appointment" because I couldn't make one or talk to a single person. WORST customer experience I've ever had! Tomorrow better change that.

I wish I would have just done everything online. It would have gotten done correct. Cathy was rude, didn’t listen, or explain anything and just plowed ahead without explaining what she was doing and if she would have communicated better I could have saved money. By the way, not listening to me is not miscommunication. It’s just not listening to your customer. If you can avoid it, do whatever you can online.

They lie to you about services and they claim you have to call customer service. When you call customer service they want to charge you extra money that employees here claim you shouldn't be charged!

My dad told her multiple times it's my mom's acount they paid the wrong acount. Wtfffffff. Called they can't do anything about it . Don't even know where the money went ! Never go in the new philadelphia store !

2.5 hours trying to get phone activated said I needed to send it back and get another one called to get another one and operator had me up and running in 20 minutes

Went to just simply return an old wifi router, I already had and installed new one, had to wait 5 minutes for someone to ask how they could help. Then was told I had to have an ID just to return the router. Not changing anything. Not adding anything. Simply returning. Employee got mouthy and rude. This store is a complete joke.

Came in to do a simple swap my modem, My modem was defective I drove 40 some odd min to be told to sign in with a long line of people who were waiting to start up service or to get a phone that appears to almost an hour or more wait. All they had to do was switch it out simple as that instead they push it off to the side. Not very good service for a simple switch out.
