I’m disappointed by this company. My Dad passed away and when I notified spectrum they shut everything off (not the issue, understandable from business) what got me was the 10+phone calls a day on a phone they they shut off. Needless to say I will not be seeing there services

Terrible company overall. They are real good at dodging responsibility for company mistakes and either have customer service trained to lie to customers over the phone or they are just poorly trained

I absolutely love spectrum because they are a wonderful cable company & I would recommend Spectrum to anyone who is tired of a satellite dish
