“I went to this dollar general on Saturday early afternoon 10/4. It was well stocked and clean! The girl at the register was very friendly and I appreciate that! It’s nice to come in and the employees aren’t complaining about their job! Spread joy, not negativity! I got some good deals! I’ll be back.”

“This is by far the best dollar tree I’ve been to! Usually I expect dirty floors and shelves, boxes in the aisles, things not stocked well, and long slow lines. This store is the opposite!! Well stocked, very clean, attentive and kind workers!”

“I enjoy this store. It's pretty clean and the only way it's not so clean is because they're usually stocking/setting up during open hours. I've gotten candies here that taste so much more fresh than I've ever had in my life, which surprised me. Dollar stores can be quite a scene and not worth going to in some areas, but I'm happy to say I'll continue coming to this one.”

“Good place if you are just shopping for the staple household items or looking for party/decor, but if you are after the viral stuff you see on TikTok, this is not the place. That is fine though, we can still get our household goods here and that is all that matters! I take a star off for two reasons:
1. Cleanliness, sometimes the place can be a bit of a cramped disaster. I have come in before and can barely maneuver the cart around.
2. The manager was loudly scolding some employees about phone usage on the clock and talking smack about another employee. I know this is common in the workplace, we all do it, but do it behind closed doors and not on the floor where the entire store can hear you.”

“This family dollars on 125 in Withiamsville is my favorite. Always stocked and open . The staff is friendly they help when needed but don't bother you other wise . Cute kids clothes . Right now the gardening section is loaded with all kinds of ornaments just the cutest stuff .”
“This is the first time I've been to the store on Beechmont. It was amazing when I walked in because it's huge. Anyways, I shop clearance and a lot of markdown items because I work for Urgent Care and I like to buy sick kids little goodies. I noticed your clearance items and it had 50% off on top of what they're already marked down so I spent a really good time in that section putting stuff in my basket. I was so excited because I got a lot of stuff for only $10. Amy, who is an employee, is super awesome and nice! My first question was I do get 50% off on top of the already marked down price correct. She did tell me no because the signs aren't down but she will go ahead and give me what I have in my basket since the sign was up. My heart about dropped when she told me no at first because I just spent a really good time going through all that stuff. LOL but she gave me my stuff that I had in my basket and was very nice about it and told me that it's not right to not do it because that's what it says and that's what I saw. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. I will definitely be back, and as matter of fact this will probably be my Dollar General I go to for now on. Thank you so much Amy for your time and generosity Dollar General is very lucky to have an employee like you! Keep up the good work!”
“We stopped at this location Sunday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see that the store was fairly well-stocked and pretty neat and tidy! This is more than I can say for dollar stores around where I live in Kenton county. I complimented the cashier on our way out and she stated that their manager Stephanie has worked very hard to get the store organized and the shelves stocked! I recommend shopping at this location!”
“Really wish anyone would answer the phone please! It’s 915pm and nobody is answering.. I’m just hoping in seriousness they are actually with a customer?? No joke i know there’s good people and maybe they have a couple people in line but i just hope at least overall employees are more monitored than not regarding customer service overall. I dunno maybe this branch is privately owned? An item is unaccounted for the customer and needs to be refunded please. Thank you . :-)
