“Always clean and organized. Product inventory levels and availability lower than some of the other HF locations. Some of the staffers are friendly and helpful. The new cashier is surly, ill-natured, disrespectful and foul. She acts like she hates the customers, the job, and her life. It's painful to endure her "customer service" , hence the 4 star rating.”
“Aggreko helped provide a start up solution for ten of our large scale solar projects to come on line at Aspen. They helped us coordinate the sites to start up under an extremely tight deadline which required flawless planning to move from site to site in a short amount of time. Everything went off better than expected and we finished ahead of schedule. The planning beforehand with their sales and technical team exceeds any other vendor that we have used in the past for start ups. That was really the key to the success in the field. We will continue to use Aggreko on all our projects coming up and look forward to working with their team again.”
“Great local hardware store, great selection of fittings, nuts/bolts, washers, etc., for the local homes built in the late 40s / 50s and more. Even found hardware for kids school projects! Worth sometimes saving yourself the trip to the big box store. Customer since 2002.”
“it's the best Home Depot in Cincinnati! the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I normally have my dog who is very well behavedwith me and even a few employees remember him by name. To me that's huge WOW! If something is not in stock the service desk is always very helpful. I have been going to this Home Depot for a long time. So long, I still remember when this was a 24hr a day Home Depot. I've maybe encountered less than 5 employees in all those years that just weren't a typical Home Depot employee. Hats off to the great staff that make me loyal to HD.”
“I was at Tractor Supply earlier today and had the best shopping experience ever....hands down. I bought several items and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wanted some grass seed and straw, but wasn't sure exactly what to get.The store associate assisted me in picking out what would work best. He even helped scan my items at the self checkout including putting a 50 pound bag in the back of my car along with all of my other items. Excellent customer service!”
“I was referred here because I needed a plumbing part and did not want to risk my health to go inside a big box store. I knew exactly what part I needed, so I was able to call their number and place my order for pickup within a couple hours. The person I spoke to on the phone was at a national call center in another state, but was very knowledgeable and helpful. He told me the hours of the physical store and the pickup procedure. My lack of star is for the disconnect between the Call center and the actual store. I arrived at 4:05pm to find a sign on the door saying they closed at 4pm, when the call center told me they were open until 430pm. I was not the only person there at 4pm who'd been told the same thing. I came back the next day for pickup and had to walk inside, where as the call center told me there would be a contactless pickup table out front. I nicely let the guys in the store know there was a disconnect, and at first they got defensive...but I let them know I wasn't upset just letting them know so maybe they could correct it. After that they were very nice. Grabbed the part quick and left. They have the store roped off as there is no on site purchases at this time.”
“I was looking for a tool chest that the last 3 Home Depots said they had but did not, the tool chest showed up in the system for Cold Springs but with a ton of looking with Nathaniel it was not found. Nathaniel went up and beyond calling other stores, unfortunately the other stores did not bother helping. Kudos to Nathaniel, I appreciate his help”
“I buy remodeling items and bird seed here. Actually when it comes to birds, I only purchase suet cakes here. I purchase the hot pepper suet, and the squirrels leave it alone. They no longer provide a discount for multiple purchases of suet cakes. Great plants here also. Good Christmas items here.”
